I purchased the SMTPing Email Validation product, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. After the 60-day refund period, the product stopped working entirely. Although Alaa Touil was responsive in the support chat, I felt that he was trying to hold me off from requesting a refund while promising to fix the issues. However, the app never worked as advertised.

The bulk upload feature consistently encounters errors, and even single email verification fails to function. To make matters worse, their web app has been down for two days, displaying a blank white page. This situation is very concerning, especially since I was initially considering a refund. Overall, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience, as it has failed to deliver on its promises and left me frustrated.

I checked for the first time smtping a couple of months ago before the ltd. Then by chance I figured out that there is an LTD for a new email validation tool, and the offer was interesting.

Now for 2 months, I use it every single day, for new lists and the results are more than satisfying, I'm very glad about the choice.

The instant chat feature is a BIG plus as well. The team seems very motivated for future releases.

I have spent that last month testing more than 50 different lists on smtping, we are data brokers and we are also an email marketing agency with a considerable number of validation on different platform. So far, smtping in terms of quality, quantity and pricing are the most fair on the web for now.

I recently had the chance to use the email validation service, and I must say, so far so good! The validation process was incredibly fast and accurate, allowing me to clean up my email lists efficiently. The results were precise, which significantly improved my confidence in my email outreach efforts.

Moreover, I appreciate that they also offer some email warm-up services. It would be fantastic to see these options available on AppSumo soon, as they would further enhance the overall email management experience.

A tabular representation of the validation results would be an excellent addition as well, making it easier to analyze the data at a glance. Overall, I'm impressed with the service and look forward to future enhancements!

I have tested more than 6 tools so far since Feb, 2022, this one is by far the best in terms of accuracy, performance and chat support.

We ran constant cold email campaigns with instantly and the best campaigns so far have worked after an email validation from smtping.

I have run more than 30 email lists to verify within the last 2 weeks with smtping validation tool. During the last 2 years, I used more than 5 email validation platforms, mainly for B2B lists but also mixed lists. Our sending frequency is 3 times/week (excluding transactional and abandoned cart sent emails).

Validation quality: among the 30 validated lists, we never got a bounce rate higher than 1.2% (and all of them are soft bounces related to common connexion issues). Also, we always doubted that we had a high number of catchall emails on our lists, and smtping's tool confirmed that, around 22% of the emails in our lists come from companies catchall servers.

Performance: we have a range of approximately 10-20k on each validation, the average time is always 10 to 15 minutes, which is excellent

Support: highly responsive, very arranging, and straight to the point.

Overall: we will probably buy some other codes since our needs in email lists are growing, until now, we have never witnessed an offer like this one, both in quality and in quantity.

I started using email validation 10 months ago, I used several tools, but with this price and validation quality, I won't find better than this. The option that I liked the most is the real-time verification log option, it's very transparent I find it. I also asked the support on the chat tab 2 times, and the replies were too fast. now I'm into tier 1, I might upgrade it within the next few days or weeks, depending on my validation frequency. I just bought my first deal today and also launched my first campaign now with a 3 years old email list (never verified before) verified with smtping, around 10k users, I got 0.29% of bounce rate, which is excellent. As I have been doing email marketing for a very long time, this deal made me excited as it provides a lot of credits at a reasonable price. I believe in testing and verifying the output results before trusting anything for my business. So I have started doing many tests. But unfortunately, the results made me disappointed. My findings are below and I believe everyone should be aware of them before making their decisions.

1. They cannot detect catch-all servers in most cases. They are marking almost all the catch-all emails as valid, which is very dangerous. I have tested this with multiple known and tested catch-all email addresses.

2. Too aggressive spamtrap detection and full of false positives. They even marked one of my valid email addresses as spamtrap! Then I tried verifying a list of around 200 emails of my customers who actively communicated with me within the last month. But their system detected 22 of them as spamtraps (which is totally false).

3. They cannot verify Microsoft emails properly. I uploaded 1000 Outlook emails and they could only verify 8 of them. The rest of them were unknown. So the success rate for the Microsoft emails is like 0.8% for me.

4. They mark almost all Yahoo addresses as valid. So you will get a ton of bounces from Yahoo emails. I can understand verifying Yahoo emails can be hard. But marking almost all emails as valid is not acceptable.

5. They cannot detect temporary emails from most of the top providers (from the Google search).

6. Some other issues I also detected, but I will ignore them for now considering that a new product (i.e. cannot process larger email list with multiple columns, no progress tracking which is very frustrating, etc.).

On the other hand, there are many good sides as well. Their support is good and answers the questions quickly. Their verification speed is also good and displays the verification process (for single email especially) in a very unique way, which I liked a lot. They are also offering a good amount of credits at a reasonable price.

I hope this will help the other buyers to make their calculated decisions, as the impact of such a product can have a big impact on their business (good or bad). I think the mentioned points will also help the developers to identify the issues easily. I will review it again in the future and will update my review if anything changes. Enjoy the email marketing!
