When this program is completed with all the bugs worked out it will likely be the most extensive and complete contact management system in existence. The fact that the principal will meet personally (on Zoom) to address any issues you experience as the program develops is amazing for any software project. Users do feel like they are part of the development.

I have bought Deskera and similar. Switching from a feature full Deskera ERP to SMS-IT CRM was not an easy decision.

Email interface could use an improvement, but over all the abundant features made up for it.

One of the better CRMs that have been offered on AppSumo. I especially love that I have access to the phone number. One thing I would hope to change in the future is to make the sim number connected to ios vs Android (which is the only platform currently supported). Either way, has been great to use.

i have been using them for several years now, lots of features but the one that I use the most is the one that allows me to send very cold SMS campaigns without any issue, I just need to buy a SIM card, put it on my android device, run the app and run the campaign, love it

I have found SMS-iT to be an excellent solution for my needs. Instead of using Twilio, which can be quite expensive, I utilize a SIM card as a gateway for sending SMS text outreach and transactional messages to our clients. This approach has proven to be very effective!

I purchased this in the hopes of using it to manage communication with our faith community of a few hundred members. But I have found the user interface to be too confusing to inflict on my staff. I also find it maddening to click on features that appear to be available, only to be presented, over and over again, with "please upgrade your plan to access this feature".

I admit I didn’t realize the capabilities of this software until recently. It seems to have a lot of positives replacing the crm needs of other tools I’ve had. I’m still learning though and need to watch some YouTube how to do things… like the marketing tab keeps blocking me from accessing. Hopefully that’s not excluded from sumolings.

SMS-iT is in constant development and been observing it's progression for year from now. The investment and vision of the platform are huge. Features are coming extremely fast when released, the team offers coaching calls and dedicated support, never had issues with this aspect. Thank you and excited for the constant evolution of the platform. Thank you team.

They keep adding features that they didn't promise but can monetize outside of this deal. While something as simple as integration with Shopify (which they promised) is still not active after 2 years. I would get a refund if I could. I bought it for Woo and Shopify integration, nope won't spend a dime anymore with this team.

Ps. Saw the response and it is FALSE, I supported from day one and the Shopify integration was promised by March 2024, now it is 2025. The integration of Shopify is even still on the deal page. This should show that the team cannot keep their word, I have the highest tier, buy at your own peril.
