I find leads for local businesses, and so far this software has been perfect - great leads, fast and easy to use. I export as CSV and import into my client's CRM. Done. Great system!!!

I recently invested in this smart leads tool and I’m glad I did because we were outsourcing our lead gen to Upwork which can sometimes be a bit of a pain, and we’d often not get what we needed when we needed it. As an agency, we need a constant stream of good leads.

That’s not to say all of the leads generated from Smat leads will be good, and there’s still a bit of leg work involved once we have them because we need directors names, and we need to research if the business is already running google or Facebook ads, but at the end of the day sales is a numbers game, you do enough outreach and you will sign clients. Smat leads provides you with 60 leads per google maps search.

For each lead, it provides information on the business from a lead score to whether they have a website, and how many reviews. You also have the ability to generate SEO and website optimisation reports which is a great feature that can be offered to leads to add value, and build authority and trust.

It still has some ways to go with some of its features, but as I said in the headline, it’s changed our approach to lead generation. We don’t need to outsource anymore, we don’t need to spend hours manually searching google maps anymore, or doing google searches, or social media searches. It’s safe to say that we’ve won a lot of time back, and time is money.
I can’t comment on any of the other features because we don’t use them, we already have a CRM and email. And we haven’t used the Bing or Linked In lead search tools yet.

Pros:

1. Time & Money Savings: SmatLeads has cut down the time and money I spend on lead generation significantly. These leads are quickly pulled from Google, Bing, and LinkedIn.

2. Responsive Support: The support team is amazing—very responsive and very open to feedback for future improvements.

3. Marvis AI: AI for content generation and outreach emails is a game-changer and works effectively, and it creates trustworthy outreach emails.

4.CRM and Email Outreach: The CRM and email outreach has helped me to keep my lead pipeline organized and transparent, and the follow up process is easier than ever.

5. SEO and ADA features: While the SEO reports are basic as they only cover the on-page and technical aspects of SEO, it's a good place to start. The ADA plugin is new to me and I'm looking forward to experimenting with it.

Cons:

1.Room to grow: While it continues to be a solid tool, it does have room to grow. My discussions with support has me optimistic that it will improve with new updates in the near future.

2.SEO reporting could be improved: SEO features could be expanded with more robust reports.

3.Design: The graphics would benefit from a modern facelift.

All in all, SmatLeads is a quality tool that will help solo entrepreneurs and others streamline and organize lead generation and outreach. It undoubtedly saves time, has great support, and with the incorporation of an AI lead generation tool and a CRM to manage lead outreach, you have everything you need in one place. Like all programs, it could still improve its SEO functionality and design, but for now, it seems to have a solid place in the development of new business, which I’m excited to see how evolves!

It has much potential but there is many things that need to be improved:

1) It is very slow

When i hit the search button to find businesses it takes a while for businesses to come up

2) It is buggy

I added some businesses to the "My Leads"-Section and i got a message saying "Your Leads have been added" but they did not appear. After doing it again it worked.

3) Some basic functions are missing

For example you have SEO-Tools to generate a SEO-Report. The problem is that this is really an independent tool in which you have to enter a URL to get a report. I would have wished that every lead has a button that says "Generate SEO-Report" instead of me having to go to a seperate section to enter a URL manually. The userflow is just not good in some aspects.

4) The reports do not look nice

The design of the reports is unorganized and does not look good. Since these reports are made for potential leads i would assume they would look top notch but as the reports look like right now i would never send them out to anyone.

5) Advanced functions are missing

You can not edit the reports at all which is also something i would excpet as a basic function.

6) Language is a Problem

I gave to change the language everytime i login instead of the app saving my settings.

Summary

As said, there is much potential but right now the bugs, missing functions and inadequate userflow prevents this from being useable. I hope it will be improved in the future.
