Find new leads and close more sales in less time
No updates since July. Only one response in September from the developer that I can find. Unfortunately ANOTHER waste of money on AS. Documentation was good but product wasn't ready for primetime.
Bought A tier 1 months ago but never payed much attention to it, now mybsales team started to use it and its soo good that had to come back and buy 2 more , now we are at tier 3 and getting tons of leads, what I love the most about it its all the different ways that let you get leads, tons of possibilities, that and the customer service! They always reply quick, sometimes within a minute đ im technology challenge and they have helped me along the way to get the most out of it.
With a lot of amazing cableability, this application is helping small and large businesses develop their company clients.
First of all what is a daily limit? I mean not mentioned anywhere that I have a daily limit too along with the monthly limit. I think this thing is too unprofessional and must be removed ASAP.
Secondly, the app throws an error when you search something, find some testers for your app before you deploy.
Also following are some critical issues that I found:
"REPORTS" ISSUES:
The SEO report shows no title and other errors while my website has it
ADA Report does not have download option
Find Leads ISSUES:
Very few or say no filters (only location & industry filters doesnât help, see Apollo for reference)
It does not have advanced filters like apollo.io (eg buying intent, revenue, team size, etc)
Why are we navigating to different pages, a good approach is to bring everything to one page (users should be able to mark the sources (Linkedin, bing, GMB)
We can not select multiple items for example if i want to target multiple industries let say restaurants and tourist attraction
It does not autofetch or suggest Locations which might create issues, also i can not select multiple cities.
Important instructions should be provided below the box or somewhere else. For example how to separate the keywords (through commas, space etc)

I've been using SmatLeads for a few months now, and I must say, it has been a total game-changer for my business! The system works seamlessly for lead generation, pulling high-quality leads from platforms like Google Business, LinkedIn, and Bing. It's been 2 weeks since we purchased SmatLeads, and it hasn't worked since the first day.
Initially purchased 3 codes to stack for the full features, and tested with 1 code just to make sure the data provided met our needs. The Google Business search worked as expected, provided valuable leads in our target market. Filtering in the UI was a bit clunky, but exporting and managing it from there was a piece of cake.
The LinkedIn Database search was initially why we wanted the solution and the search results on day 1 were perfectly targeted, and so we generated a result set of 500 to export. That's where the issues started. The CSV export had the same 50 records duplicated x10, instead of the unique 500 that were reported in the UI. Multiple exports of the same search yielded the same outcome and with no way to save a search we weren't able to work with the data. The UI requires you to manually save each lead for additional management, which with a large dataset would take forever. So we stuck with the 50 unique records we were able to export on the first day.
On day 2, ran the same LinkedIn Database search and received an error that the source JSON files were unavailable. At first I thought maybe we hit our limit on the first day, but we only generated 500 results. So, sent a ticket to get some support. Response was quick (within 24 hours) and it was mentioned that a database upgrade was in process and to remain patient. That was on day 3.
A few days later the LinkedIn Database search issue is still present, so tried to use the Google Business search, which now provides an error "You have reached your daily free search, try again or please go to [external api link] to add a valid google search key".
This leads us to believe that the 3rd party API SmatLeads (apparently a free one) was using for this application is no longer working. This was on day 5. Today, two weeks after our initial purchase, both issues are still present and the tool is basically unusable for what we purchased it for.

I canât recommend SmatLeads enough! When I lost admin access to my account, they were incredibly quick to help. They provided me with new codes and resolved all the issues I was facing without any hassle. Their support team is always available and ready to go the extra mile to assist.

When I try to redeem the code, I encounter this error: HTTP ERROR 500. I've already emailed customer support but haven't received any response yet. I'll wait a little longer before requesting a refund.
After reading the response to my review I adjusted it from 3 to 1 taco.
I tried to keep a positive angle on the situation and leave room for a different point of view, but the response strengthened my feeling that the ratings on this deal are too good to be true.
The response states things that, in my reality, simply are not true.
Especially after I went out of my way and had a video call session with whom I guess to be the founder, whom I even offered to help understand my questions more and learn about my use cases, but who seemingly did not care.
I still think there might be some value for some use cases and buyers, but I am giving this 1 taco so it hopefully will get noticed and helps inform buyers to really check the offer and be a bit sceptical about what is offered.
Building software is not easy, but I see too many sign of dishonesty here, that I highly recommend to stay alert at least, but stay away from this offer at best.

My use case was to identify leads and get a good opener to start a conversation with prospects; e.g. your SEO is bad, your accessibility is lacking, etc.
I did not check the CRM or email outreach functionality.
My impression is that the tool is very clunky to use and hard to understand.
While it has an okay UI, it is not clear what even the few elements do exactly and how they impact the search results. I was left wondering whether I am looking at live data, pre-scraped data, purchased contact list, ....
The app intends to provide some scoring of leads, but it is unclear how the scores are formed. If I understood the founder correctly the score is baaed on the completeness of google business listing data. But then he also mentioned it includes a SEO score.
I don't know... The conversation and explanation did not feel very convincing to me and I find the claims a bit too fantastic, but maybe they are true.
For me "maybe" is not good enough to rely on when it comes to my lead pipeline.
I think even if the results are good, then the app UX has ways to go.
I suggest you run some manual tests to assess the quality of the results yourself. Maybe this deal is a steal for you. Especially if you consider all the other features that are included in this product.
Anyway. For me it is not at this point.

Really good and easy to use, and the support replies really fast. It's been a while since I am using it and I can say for use it's really a useful tool!
This is by far the best tool I've used for lead generation. The product is excellent, and the team is amazing. I highly recommend this product to any digital marketer.
