Super simple signatures

Love Signaturely. Been using this app for about 4 years now and it's great to send out our digital agency proposals, contracts, SOWs, and whatever else needs to be reviewed and signed off on. Our clients find the signing of e-documents super easy and never have an issue completing the contracts and signing.

What I really like about Signaturely is that I can create my own templates within Google Docs and then import, create the necessary fields for clients (and/or myself) to complete, save it as a template and then use that template from within the application or I've also connected via API to automate parts of our contract flow.

This is a game changer for our agency and I'm glad I hopped on an LTD years ago for Signaturely. This does pretty much everything the other "big guys" do for e-signatures such as auto reminders to clients, templates, import from Drive, Dropbox, uploads, etc.

They do a really good job of attending to problems... which do happen from time to time. I wish appsumo had more saas like this, as I use it with every client I sign up. They can improve on their template editing... and I was told by support that it will be improved in the near future.

This used to be a great service for us, but lately it's been very buggy and unreliable. We frequently find ourselves sending signatures out a day or more late which sometimes pushes a project timeline.

Starting to look for a cost effective alternative.

Great Product

I bought this tool some months ago thinking I'll probably use it at some point.
Today, that day has come.
I used it for a personal reason - needed to sign a document urgently, had no printer and remembered I bought this deal.
Within 5 minutes had my document signed and saved me a ton of hassle.

As a few other Sumolings mentioned, I'm having problems, major problems. Sending out very simple 6 page docs for initials and one signature and all the pages are not being received. Also, the recipient is signing and the system confirms was completed. When I open the dos, the signature/initialed areas are blank. Maaaan I cannot have this. Realtor here and I can only apologise so many times until I look totally incompetent. Any help would sure be appreciated...

We needed a solution that just worked and Signaturely is super easy to use. Our other option was not working with Drive integration and it was beyond frustrating.

We did submit feedback and the support team has been responsive. The final signed document is adding odd "updates" to the final PDF and they were all the activity BEFORE the document was even sent (during the set up process, adding the fields). So our first document sent had like 20 pages of updates and it was only a 2-page document! I am sure it will be fixed soon enough (if it hasn't already).

We look forward to maybe some additional fields that can be added. The basic ones now are good for our use. Haven't tried the template feature yet - still trying to get to that point.

Overall, very pleased with the software and it is great to have a response support team and walk away from monthly fees on other platforms.

The Signaturely App is straightforward to use, and it allows you to eSign personal or business documents on the fly. I replaced all the paid subscription Apps with Signaturely. I am happy, no more Monthly Subscription Fees for e-signing legal docs.

I stacked up on this App, and many of the people I know bought it as well.

I have been playing with the software and I think it is an excellent digital signature system, easy to use and with many possibilities. The problem? The problem is that it lacks some essential options for the European market and big world markets like the Spanish market: the language... only one, English. And yes, I know that you can ask for the function but even though it seems to be the fourth most requested, there is still no confirmation that new languages are going to be included. A pity
Another very requested function is the multi brand. It is obvious that even a small company needs to manage several brands for different projects or lines of business, for example they may need to sign quotes for different types of products or sign documents from different departments with a different brand. I think the ideal solution would be for each user to be able to configure their data (name etc) and also their logo and brand. That would be the best and logical option, so the 3 users included in the agreement would allow this to be used for most small businesses. This function is another of the most requested and as in the previous case it has never been confirmed that it will be included in spite of the requests.
In summary, it seems to be an excellent software but the limits of only one language and the lack of multi-branding, slows down a lot its possibilities of use. If they had committed to improve that, it would be a 5 tacos deal but at the moment I can only deliver 3 for its concept and ease of use.
Unfortunately I might have to ask for a refund because 100% of my signatures are in Spanish language :(

I bought this right before the deal closed and BOY am I glad I did. Super easy to use... I was able to take my existing PDF contract and insert signature fields without any issues. My clients appreciate it too.

I got this a few days ago, was like, yeah that will do this job fine, will grab a 2nd code, and it's off sale LOL... need to not forgot next time about the 60 days money back guarantee and just get the extra codes at the start as I can always refund some or all of them if turns out not to be any good, oh well, lets see if it comes back for a 96 hour sale for Plus members.. not really the end of the world but would have been nice for the 5 of us to use it LOL.

This product is the best! I’ve been looking for a program like this that handles documents so easily! Since I work remotely and do not meet many clients in person, the most useful program for me is. Need multilingual settings for emails and for my clients at front end, but everything working good. It will be the best signatory app, that ever used!
