First SEO autopilot tool
It seems that a new interface was applied to the tool, which does not work correctly. We have lost historical data, we cannot view rank tracker below 120 days and the graphs do not show the filtered period... among many other bugs. Support does not respond.
I read other experiences like mine, so it seems to be a general problem. It is a real shame.
Stopped working and support hasn't responded in over a week. Getting sick of all these fly by night "deals" that fade into nothing and turn out to be a waste of time and money.
no data refresh, and no support anymore.
Continuous bugs that have not been resolved for several months, no updates, no replyes to email. Just look at the roadmap: Seodity 3 was released in June or so and is still on Planned. https://roadmap.seodity.com/t/roadmap.
They sell "unlimited projects" and after an year unlimited become 100.
Unprofessional. Even if they have financial difficulties (which is obvious), replying to emails and letting users know the situation (which is now obvious) does not cost anything.
My ac not working - nobody reply on support - Unlimited projects plan they did now is now 100 projects only
It was a good product, seemed like it was being improved over time. Disappointing to see it struggle financially and presumably be closed any day now.
- No future updates
- removed "agency plan" so you have to buy credits
- they put Ads in your account. let me say that again. ADS! IN PAID ACCOUNT!
Why doesn't AppSump follow up with these kind of scams !
I’ve been a user of this app for quite some time, and I have to say, I’m quite disappointed with the changes. They’ve altered their pricing plans, and now we’re no longer tied to any specific package. To make matters worse, they’ve introduced new features like credits and AI, but we’re expected to pay extra if we want to use them.
Additionally, we’re now seeing ads within the app, which they claim are only shown to Lifetime deal users and free users. While this may be true, it feels like a step backward. From my perspective, these changes show a lack of respect for the early adopters who invested in the app when it was still in its early stages.
You need to buy credits to view everything, they have not updated the purchased plans, plus they have placed advertisements within the application. Ridiculous, never again
Bugs reported for over a year but never solved, removal of posts from Facebook reporting the bug.
You need to purchase credits for nearly every action thats relevant or meaningful.
An ahrefs like group of seo tools.
