The easiest way to start selling with emails

I liked Selzy, it fit my remit, it had everything I needed, and even enabled me to integrate with my Wordpress store, and included other integrations, which was great. Unfortunately integrations no longer works.

I am disappointed.

We were glad to see our tech support was answered immediately! Kudos to the team for answering every support question that we had. Deliverability was great too, it did everything we asked it to. A 100% recommendation!

I have given it 4 stars because I have been using it for 2 days things are going great with this tool. Support is very great. Just there are small glitches like when I update the form so changes do not reflect and similarly it has small glitches. which is a bit annoying rest everything is good.

But I think in future they will improve it. I will edit ratings and reviews after 1 month of experience.

I bought a license for 20,000 contacts. The first month everything went well. My last e-mail campaign, all the e-mails went to spam. It's a real shame, it's a good tool but the delivery is really bad. Purchase made in 2023

I've only been using it for a few days, and I'm very satisfied with its performance so far. If it continues as it has been, I may stop looking for the good email marketing tools I've been looking for a long time. Good value for money.
I found it easy to set up, fast to load, double security authentication and, above all, good support with answers in both English and Portuguese, which is rare.
In addition, delivery rates have been good, and I haven't had any initial limitations on sending emails. Which is great for me as I'm migrating.
I hope they keep it up and keep improving. Congratulations to the whole team, and thanks for the software!

Pros:
- simple configuration
- many email templates
- letterhead supports unicode

Cons:
- Page loading is too slow
- WP plugin doesn't work, installing the second website doesn't even appear
- The configuration process is still complicated, embedding the code from selzy shows up, but when trying to subscribers, it says a campaign is missing. After installing the campaign, go back to configuring the form. But still error.
- After completing the campaign, there is still an error that the user cannot register, but it is not allowed to fix it, it can only be copied for duplication
- Complicated email configuration instructions, no instructions when sending emails from subdomains
- Cannot change domain name after user subscrib., after entering email, still points to selzy domain name

In short, there should be a list of required steps right on the Dashboard, avoiding having to go around many steps.

If possible, pls integration add GoZen Forms.Ai & OpenForm

P/s: I've spent 4~5 hours configuring it, but it's still not done, the page is slow + the process is very circular!

I finally found an email marketing program that is simple to set up, easy to add your sending email and the customer support doesn't take two days to get back to you.

- I was able to set up the platform without having a server set up degree. lol
- I sent my first email within 15 minutes of signing up.
- I reached out to customer support and they replied within 5 minutes and said if I needed anything else to let them know, as they are available 24/7. (really 24/7 wow)

Great product for those that are new to email marketing and don't have a lot of experience setting up DKIM, Servers and all the other things that are need to set up an email marketing system.

Looks like it *could* be good, but I've spent hours this afternoon recreating the same form over and over again, only for the platform to repeatedly delete it.

The embed code generated also doesn't work.

It's a shame, because it does look like it would be nice if it worked.

Would also be really helpful if you could set up default brand palette, logo, fonts etc... so you don't have to recreate them on every single email/form etc...

It's becoming a bit of a time suck honestly, so I think I'm probably going to end up requesting a refund. I'll stick with it a few more days, but it's currently a bit too frustrating and I need to walk away.

Selzy is perfect for beginners or as a secondary email marketing platform if you already have the big names or for your other sending domains.

✔️ Good sending limits

Deliverability was good specially with GMail, Yahoo, Proton, AOL, etc. But 2 of my emails (iCloud and Outlook) were tagged as spam and undelivered.

According to Support, they are retiring their older IPs and future emails will be sent via newer IPs. Hence, deliverability should improve.

Lastly, I must mention that their support response time is among the fastest I have experienced. And that is always a big plus for me! 👍
