Since May, we've been waiting for this app to reach a stable, production-ready state, but unfortunately, it’s still not usable for production purposes. If you need something reliable, I’d suggest looking elsewhere, or you can take the risk and hope the developer resolves the issues in the coming days or months.

Purchased in May 2024. Attempted to connect email on multiple occasions. They are never online at a specific time. They give vague answers. Email constantly disconnects. I complain to them and they ignore the complaints. How its there so many good reviews???

For over 2 months this tool has not sent 1 email... back and forth with support and still nothing.

I got this deal this just for the email warm-up feature since I figured the AI email writing feature would be subpar (and was right).

Initially I got happy since my deliverability boosted by a few percent but a few weeks afterward it was back to normal.

On top of that, I am getting many failure to send emails from their warmup feature that makes my job reviewing the normal bounced emails a lot harder.

The worst part? The company approached me to write good reviews on here and 2 other review websites promising me to get an upgrade on my deal. As a constructive criticism I would suggest SalesBlink to stop manipulating reviews with this practice and focus more on improving the software and fixing the email addresses that are bouncing.

I can't tell you how bad this tool is. I really tried to give it multiple chances. I used basically all the features that they offer. But this tool just don't work. I had to use their support chat every day. And I got answers. But even after the team said that bugs were fixed, it did not really work.

My recommendation: don't use it.

SalesBlink is an AI-assisted email marketing platform. The software itself shows potential, effectively streamlining email marketing campaigns with its automation and AI features. Moreover, SalesBlink’s product roadmap, if implemented, seems to be very promising, with regular updates that continually enhance its functionality. Like most early stage softwares, there are periodic bugs and areas for improvement on the support team's speed of resolution.

Constant issues preventing any replies from being received in sales blink. Spent a month talking with support but was never fixed.

I set up a couple emails on a domain and after using the warm up feature, found my deliverability score sucks. Started a basic campaign to test and every email is going to spam.

Tried a second domain and that domain is already blacklisted after only using the warm up feature. So far, this is a massive negative.

I bought it 2 months ago but can't use it till now, Emails are not sending and team just says we found a bug and our developer is working on it. I think this is just waste of money. Software is not working anymore....

Where do I start. Been using for a month, time to get a refund I think.
- The app is so buggy.
- Emails don't get sent, I've set limits per day of 450 emails across my various emails, barely 100 get sent on a good day. Most days none even go out, I tried all their troubleshooting including rescheduling campaigns and nothing works.
- The AI personalised emails are so basic, it's just a generic one liner based on the prospect's website, you can't set individual personalised prompts so there is at least some structure to each email.
- You have to individually approve each AI email too, which means it takes hours just to get a half decent amount out, sort of defeats the point of a 'marketing automation' tool.
- Even when I approve them to go out, most of the time they don't even get sent and appear in my outbox again waiting for my approval.
- They do reply to support messages, but nothing of value gets actioned.

Really poor product overall, disappointing as I had high hopes.

I purchased 8 codes that I have yet to be applied to my account. I sent a request to Salesblink support and have not received a response yet. It seems like a good product but if there is no support structure to go along with it then I don't know if I'd like to have this product in the long run.

Company email addresses work very well. Emails from email providers like gmx/web.de often go into the spam folder. B2B emails are important to me and this works very well. I will now send to B2B customers and steadily increase the number of emails. I think the simplicity of the dashboard is great. It's kept simple and straightforward. The AI ​​writes good email texts that only need to be modified slightly. Cool tool, I recommend it!
