Accelerating customer acquisition and brand loyalty

I recently integrated Referbi into my business sales operations (we got some websites), and the customer acquisition flow has been transformative. The software is not only intuitive but we’ve been able to identify and engage potential customers (or brand ambassadors) more effectively than ever before.

Beyond the nice piece of software, the team behind Referbi has been outstanding. We started with an online onboarding session with Andrew, but moreover, they have been incredibly responsive and showcased competence in every interaction. Whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance, they’ve provided prompt and effective support, going above and beyond to ensure our success.

But you know what I liked most? They are open to feedback, and this means the product is gonna be even better with time!

The tool does what it says very well. It's build (not only, but especially) with Shopify and WooCommerce online store owners in mind. The interface is clean and easy to use. Connecting your own domain email? Works excellent is you know how to set up your cnames. Onboarding is OUTSTANDING. I give it 5 tacos even though the tool should provide more currencies because that workaround is easy while the other stuff just works as solid as you would expect it to. Good tool!

the founder is very responsive which is a good sign :) It works pretty well. I installed it on the Shopify store and I haven't seen any issues yet. Just getting leads hahaha... They have a long way to go but I'm pretty sure they will get there so keeping my full stack :)

I'm new to the referral concept, but after having a demo by the founder, i was convinced by the potential of this app. I have several use cases i will use Referbi for, looking forward !
I rest assured that everything will be smooth and working, because Andrew is very helpful in case of any issue.

Super easy (once you have created your first campaign with some help from andrew) to create a referral campaign.
The support from Andrew is amazing. Any questions, he will answer and help you.
Lot of potential and should be supported by our community.

I had an awesome experience with Referbi today. Andrew, the CEO, spent 30 minutes helping me out, walking me through how it works and how to integrate it with my Shopify store and other websites.

pros:
- Quick campaign setup
- Your own email
- Has its own api, (configuring, hopefully it will work, should add more instructions)

cons:
- Many shared templates after creating a campaign are distracting, not knowing what to choose
- Email templates are inherently good, but they are limited because there is no room to set up separate settings for each campaign, if I want the campaigns to have different languages.
- There is no place to set the actual percentage for referers.
- Roadmap is not public.

I am so excited to start using Referbi in my ecommerce strategy on Shopify! I love how easy it is to set up referrals and the automation features that make it a breeze to boost customer loyalty and streamline operations. The customizable templates and custom domain, self sender name are super appealing, giving me the flexibility to tailor offerings that match my brand and grow with my business. Getting this tool through a LTD offer is such a great value, specially considering that similar Shopify-integrated apps are generally much more expensive. I can't wait to dive into the detailed analytics and reporting tools to track the success of my referral programs effectively.

Andrew is awesome, and Referbi is truly top-notch. I've been in Reputation Marketing and SEO space since 2008 and have encountered countless referral programs. Many are overpriced, and some, though decent, lack features and flexibility while still being costly. Referbi hits the sweet spot with an excellent back office that runs seamlessly. I highly recommend Referbi. It's an outstanding program that will return your investment a hundredfold. It take a lot to find a program that is very simple and yet very powerful.
