I was excited to try this app! But...

Downloaded the app on MacOS and my phone. The phone app seems to work okay, but the MacOS app does not connect to my Mac's network, which means you cannot use mobile devices when trying to record on your Mac/desktop.

I contacted support and received an initial response. However, all follow-ups were ignored, and I have never been able to use this app successfully as a result.

The app is neither updated or maintained on the App Store, and you just get the feeling that this project is now abandoned.

This is another product that I truly wanted to love. The concept is great and I thought it would be complimentary to Prism Live Studio. But no. It is not.

My brand Facebook page never was an option to stream on. RECnGo blamed it on Facebook saying that it was Facebook because they had now made it so we can’t stream in groups anymore. Except that I could select to stream on all the groups that I am a part of including the one I run, as well as some facebook pages that I am a part of, except the one I run, my brand. but sure.

For RECnGo to even tell me that, it took them weeks. Then when I responded letting them know that I believe the settings were right on Facebook and even included screenshots as proof, I got crickets. No one ever got back to me. So, I returned the product and requested a refund.

The other tools that I am using for the same purposes also do way more and I will stick with them.

The concept is definitely good, and that is what the 1 taco is for. The tool just needs more work to earn higher rating.

This seemed like a good idea, but what good is it if it cannot use the webcam on your computer as a video source? I understand it is mainly a switcher for a number of external camera sources, but I would think you should be able to use your webcam also, so I guess this is not what I was thinking it was.

I almost ignored it and then I was like eh I'll try it. So glad I did, I showed it off today and everyone was impressed. It feels like a miniature studio in your hands. It's really that good. A+

This will help you take your livestream to a new level. Very easy to upload video and images for the live. If your on the ledge jump off and thank me later.

Phenomenal software. Huge potential if your unsure how big an event might get.

One of the best simple recorders I have found.

I bought it during their first AS campaign, and I have to say that it's great! :) Don't miss it! Absolutely recommended!

I've owned this app for a while and I've been impressed with the features they've had and with the enhancements they've made since I purchased it. I'm also excited about some of the upcoming features like the Smart Scoreboard, Smart Animated Text Layer and updating the UX/UI.

I would like to see the ability to add a soundboard and the ability to add audio layers (for music). I'm sure these are enhancements they're thinking about...but please add them soon!

If you're looking for the ability to live stream a sporting event using multiple cameras/phones/tablets, RecNGo is a steal of a deal! I'm happy to support this App and I'm looking forward to more great things!

Very nice. I thought this was going to be desktop app and didnt expect the mobile app to be a studio in itself, but I was recording a live presentation with front and back cameras, using logo overlays, lower thirds, dissolving to prerecorded videos and slides within 5 minutes of purchasing this. No instructions needed. Loving it.
