I've tried a few quoting software options and this is by far the best! I love that you can create templates for entire proposals or just for sections, you can create custom fields so you don't have to do a 'search and replace' to re-use a quote. The signature acceptance and stripe integration is brilliant. Customer support is helpful and timely.
The option to view in PDF, or mobile is really helpful and the style options are great.
So glad I found this.

The app is pretty good. but there are some issues I have come up against.

- The system occasionally hangs completely making it unstable at times. This is not a good thing if I have a client trying to view a proposal.

- There are some bugs with the styling. Even though the page is styled in the editor view, when viewing the proposal, it is missing the styling that was added.

- I am unable to add any images within the text or add images to product line items in the proposal.
- The platform needs a facelift.

The proposal looks stunning.
The signature capability is stunning.

Firstly, I'd like to mention the customer care - quick response from Nic on holiday period - did not expect it to be as fast and detailed! Wow.

I am missing (and he already attended to that) the ability for customers and other parties to comment inside the proposal which makes it slightly harder to communicate.

Also, it is not always easy to move objects to change the design.

BUT, in general, I love it.
Easy, intuitive, pretty and as someone who designs badly it helped me generate a clear and pretty proposal!

My initial impression was not as good, more my own fault as I was looking for a template I could use and couldn't find one. Once I started creating from a blank canvas, the software really started to shine. PXMO is robust, I can see a number of use cases outside of proposals due to the flexibility of each document created. Anything you want to quickly publish, and look stunning, then this is a top contender. I am hoping the signing can be used outside of just proposals as it is much easier to use this than other software like PandaDoc and DocuSign.

I am coming from Qwilr, there are a few things missing to fully make the switch. 1. Customer changeable quantities (CPQ). 2. API for me to add lines/prices to template. I know for some this is not a deal breaker, but my workflow would be complete with these. My use case is this: Customer gets a quote that was generated by my ERP, they can change or select options and get real time price changes, accept and close. Second use case is that I create a quote in my ERP, then API the lines into PXMO to the service template.

Still moving forward on using this, but from the features to the actual using, it oversells what it can do. Not nearly as customizable or modern-looking as I thought it would be. Much of the software is more basic than I was expecting. I thought I would be able to replace asking for e-signatures on proposals, but no signature or signature certificate shows up upon acceptance...you just get a PDF copy of your proposal.

From the hype to use, I'm disappointed, to say the least.

super intuitive interface, and great templates that are quick and easy to brand. the team is very responsive and the API makes it a no-brainer. Five tacos
