Finally, after several years of hiatus due to the C word, our Social Media manager came back to us and we started publishing to SM regularly again. So, we finally got to try our Publer properly.
We can not fault Publer. It does everything you could want (that the SM companies will let them do).
The support is fantastic like you wouldn't believe.
We count ourselves to be blessed that we got this as an LTD.

I use Publer for my own social media scheduling and also for my business clients.
It has all of the platforms I need (including Google My Business), and an easy to use interface.
It's a solid platform that look after its customers and I am very happy with it.
I bought Publer on Black Friday and didn't start using it until this summer and WOW what a time saver! I can't believe I was manually emailing my post content for IG to my phone to post every.single.time. And now I can post to allll my platforms from one easy desktop interface - and it lets me tweak each one as needed for each platform. The new addition of spintax has also been useful for my weekly group posts. I will soon be looking to buy another code!

We purchased Publer in December 2020, with the objective to manage all our postings to FB, IG and Pinterest from a single place.
We started the set-up in February 2021 and quickly discovered that the IFTTT free connection to Pinterest didn't work at all.
We contacted Publer via the chat and were told that they knew the issue, and that they were working on it.
The alternative was to use Zapier at 20$/month... not good, as we got a life time deal for 50$ for Publer...
As nothing changed, beginning of April, we contacted the chat again to finally got the answer that ".... you can see that it is a problem that is coming from IFTTT and not from us."
And more "I am sorry for the inconvenience, ... there is nothing we can do. We can only be patient and wait on IFTTT to fix it."
Then we pointed out that at that time (April 2nd) Publer was still promoting the IFTTT connection on their home-page. "* Until we get direct API access, automatically posting to Pinterest is done via either Zapier or IFTTT."
By that date, the connection was no longer working for already one month....
The answer was '...Thank you, we will be editing it accordingly."
Now 15 days later (April 15th) surprisingly (or not) Publer's home page still promotes the connection to Pinterest via IFTTT....
When contacted, Publer pointed me to a page buried in documentation page which states '...IFTTT has been facing some issues with Pinterest recently, which they are working on fixing. Learn more about that..."
That's blatant dishonesty. Who is going to read the whole help documentation before purchasing.

So we would advise to stay away from this product until they fix their technical issues and stop making fake claims about the product capabilities.
This. is. magic. Publer allows me to recycle evergreen content from now until kingdom come, and to upload it in batches of 500. YES PLEASE.

I have used Publer for a month or so and I am impressed by the speed of reaction from the team. For example, on a Sunday I asked a question and within an hour or less I received the answer...
If only every company were so fast...

AMAZING JOB PUBLER!!!
Quite frankly Publer works, and it works really well. I have successfully used it over the past few months to schedule literally thousands of posts. It is easy to use, short codes are a game changer, and the Publer team is very responsive. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to wrangle their social media process.
I love the user-friendly platform and the tutorials. Every time I searched for help, I found what I needed in the Help Center. I use the Zapier integration to post my IG posts and it works like a charm, which was not the case with Hootsuite.
I would love to be able to schedule IG stories, though.
As a website manager, I am constantly trying to drive traffic to my brand. I've used the free version of Hootsuite for years and finally decided to take the plunge and get a paid subscription... well... almost...
I decided to have one more look around the interwebs to see if there was another alternative. And I quite accidentally stumbled on Publr. So I decided I would give it a shot with a trial account. After just the first day, I could tell it was not only a big improvement to my former software with added bells and whistles, but it also provided a simpler interface. So I've run my social campaigns now for 2 weeks, and am loving the switch I made. And yes, I've upgraded to a full account and am saving money compared to how life would be paying my previous companies monthly rates.
Are there some things I'd like to see improved. Yea. Like it would be nice to see more detail in the pending posts calendar view. And there is a quirk (not willing to call it a bug) when mentioning a Facebook account in a post. But those pale in comparison to the added functionality and simpler interface that Publr provides.
Recycling posts. Expiring posts. Watermark photos. Web vs Mobile comparisons. More reasonable monthly price. These are just some of the features that Publr rocks. Oh yea, and it posts my scheduled messages perfectly, too!
I am sooo thankful that I accidentally found Publr.
I love publer. It's all we need to run our business. The only think that I'm looking forward is native integration with Instagram, and twitter and linkedin stories.

Publer has been a life saver for me. I can set everything and then relax knowing that it's completed.
I've had challenges connecting the Zaps but the support it great. I can send screen shares and get the answers that I need in no time. I love that the chat is a real person.. and the founder so that makes it personal and very helpful.
I feel as though I've found a gem before the masses :)
