All in One Client Management System on WordPress for service provider

Shocking support. Had to chase for weeks to get any response. Didn't get it working even once on a blank Wordpress site after full stacking this with great hope. I gave them so many chances and nothing! Was told to email the founder who again ignored me. I really wanted this to work, but these people have no idea what they are doing, and support is non-existent. Avoid at all costs!!

The software just work with Wordpress not with any other hosting…or platform where you have your website, please make sure you work with Wordpress before you buy this software

gets the job done

This is an honest review. At first, I was very excited because Propovoice has all the functions that I needed. The UI was neat and clean. With this price, I was very happy with my purchase.

But..... There are still some functions that need to improve.

1. Notification is not functioning. I didn't get live notification after a client post a discussion.
2. The invoice page is not mobile responsive. This had caused the client limited view on the invoice (ie Total Amount)

I hope the founders and developers read my review and quickly fix this. I am urgently needed a CRM, and if this problem cannot be solved, I might consider buying other CRM.

It's a nice idea, and there are some good features here. But my initial experience with Propovoice is that it's a bit buggy, not all that customisable (for example I cannot change menu labels or re-order/remove/rename them for the cient portal) and it's not really all that white labelled. I mean sure it sits on your domain and you can put in your logo. But no favicon for example, no customisable login/logout redirects and such. I will continue to experiment with this, but I may consider submitting a refund for this one.

I was able to install and activate this plugin within minutes. After kicking the tires and running it through its paces, I was able to cancel Jetpack CRM, which will save me money in the long run.

While it serves its purpose well, there is room for improvement in terms of adding more features, integrations, and enhancements.
