💡 Requesting features
1.We need users onboarding for website
2. Live chat for customers & leave message
3. Custom Domain like powered by example.com
4. Abandoned cart reminder for users/ owners
5. Sticky feedback like hotjar
I am satisfied with most of the services. I am very fortunate to be able to purchase good services through Appsumo.
However, the video session quantity is too small for the price. I have already purchased 11 codes, but the video session quantity ran out in just one week.
I would appreciate it if you could increase the quantity of video sessions.
The tool is amazing with so many capabilities, you can monitor and control users journey from discovery to closing.
Cherry on top it also does SEO for you. Hard to beat the pacakage
Few suggestions so far:
- Better on boarding experience; like most of the people here I almost regretted it moving from TruConversion. But later I saw the value and stuck with it.
- Chatbot for support: The tool is packed with capabilities so there should be a way to just ask a chatbot that’s trained on your knowledge base.
- Increase the number of funnels per plan
To be honest, it was hard for me to set it up at first. I almost refunded cause nothing was happening during the first hour.
After giving it a chance, I realized that this is a really good alternative to Hotjar(even better than the top alternative here in AppSumo).
I'm looking forward to improve my existing projects from upcoming feedbacks that I will get using this app.
There are so many things to say but that would detract from the simple point: Plerdy just works. Clear analytics, session logging and insights. So easy to setup on a Wordpress site and just sit back and review how others are interacting - the ultimate tool for making calculated decisions. There are so many other features I've yet to explore - the fundamentals make it an absolute must, the rest is just a magic bonus.
Things I like:

4. The simple UI for Google Search Console.
5. Video tutorial for everything.
6. The support system is incredibly responsive and provides assistance at lightning speed.
Things I don't like:
1. Overall UI is kind of bit old

Plerdy is not just some silly tool, it's a powerhouse of information and it's just so easy to use. I'm addicted to watching the recorded sessions and have gained so much knowledge in seeing how real people are interacting with my site.
Heat maps are cool, but the real power for me is in actually seeing behavior.
This deal is generous and so very affordable. If your site drives you revenue, get this tool.
I do wish the deal also included a SERP checker ( even if it was a small amount of keywords ), but honestly I have other tools that already do that pretty well. I just love seeing everything in one place.
