I have been using Pixlr for more than 2 years now for all my image editing and modifications.
I removed my Windows editor (Photoshop and Fireworks) and using this for all my edits.
A great deal and worth the $
I think Pixlr is truly a gem, i was very happy to buy on AS. The free version is great, but i think it's super deserved to buy this one. A bit crippled as it doesn't include :
-Mobile app but the site is mobile optimized. I won't touch this from a mobile device tho, working with an app is much better as experience
-Extra Creative assets are not included and if you want to access you must change your plan to shift to a MRR plan, i would have give the option to fallback on the LTD plan once the monthly is cancelled (does it work like this?) or to buy the stocks at a discounted rate keeping the LTD
-Last and super-important : option to save on the cloud the files, this is MANDATORY, even if the team say they're working on it, it's taking really a lot and i think they should prioritize
Aside from these points, i can't lower the Tacos, it's just an amazing design tool on a browser experience.
Thanks
Right now it is going to a phase as a Canva alternative, maybe soon it will be a Canva replacement. Who knows, maybe even compete with Adobe Photoshop in the future.
Suggestions:
1. More preset sizes when creating new designs.
2. More Templates. The ability to share our own template to the Templates Bank. Free or Paid. This is the best way to increase the number of templates in the Bank.
3. Remove the Stock Search Tab if the plan is not Creative Pack unless there are free assets that are labeled free. Otherwise, it is pretty much useless and just a clutter in the interface.
4. UI improvement. Sooner or later you'll be needing to add tags and categories on your assets. Templates Section is lacking categories or tags.

I love to work with, cloud based, from everhwhere, works perfect with layers, you can a lot with it.
I don't want to compare with the specialized and very famous products, but the devs will improve it and in few years Pixlr will be very popular.
Thank you for this amazing deal!
So I haven't been able to login into my account for over a month now and I've been super patient on them trying to see why is that. So here's the background story first:
"You know when you create a password and you're 100% sure that it's the right password but can't understand why it isn't working? Well yeah that was me! So one day I had to clear cache, data, etc. so I didn't have the automatic sign in that would usually bring up my username (this is very important and you'll see why). Now I try to login to their system but can't for some odd reason despite knowing all of my login information is correct, for example username: Apple@aol.com password: Green1, and so I contact their support team for assistance naturally. They didn't know what was going on either and thought I was entering the wrong password the entire time which is a natural thought since they verified my account with my email. For kicks and giggles, because it's now been a few weeks, I try to redeem an already used appsumo code to see if it was really working and of course you can't because it worked the first time around. Now the shocking thing was I accidently still continued to create the account in frustration and couldn't believe I made another account WITH THE SAME EMAIL! At this point, I'm more confused because I created the account and don't see my plan attached on top of it. I'm then told, after reaching out again and explaining the issue, to use another browser to login and all of a sudden I'm in my regular account with the same exact username and password. Once again, I'm more confused at what's going on but say hey maybe there's a browser bug/glitch that they'll address. Now let's go over the issues so far: 1) At this point, it's been over a month now and no one knows what's going on still, 2) I haven't been able to use this account, 3) I keep being told I'm entering the wrong password wrong in this annoying cycle of saying 2+2=4 and that's the only possible answer, 4) I now have two accounts with the exact same email, 5) NO ONE KNOWS WHAT"S GOING ON! Or do they? An now the icing on the cake, they now tell me that both the username and password are case sensitive after over a month of dealing with them on this issue! So here's an example, if it isn't already obvious, my username which is "Apple@aol.com" isn't the same as "apple@aol.com" and so it won't let me login" and technically this is a password setup that they have integrated into the username section! Yeah major oversight!
Now I haven't used this program much because I thought for my use case of the cutout feature you can't really mess that up since your promoting it so heavily and purchased the program until I was ready to use it. My advice, utilize appsumo's 60 day guarantee and try stuff out! This was such an annoying experience that no one should have to go through and wasn't worth it in the least bit. To me, if there's neglect on just logging into the system, can you imagine what else is neglected?
I bought this as a YouZign alternative when Flash was expiring. It handled all of my editing needs quite well. I still find myself using YouZign most time because of being comfortable with it, but am glad to have this as an alternative for certain tasks. Pixlr seems to handle editing text better.
So many reviews tout this as an alternative to Photoshop.
It's not!
I've been a Photoshop user for decades. And this is a very poor relation.
A basic need for good editing is a ruler.
How can you professionally edit photos without a ruler? And guides?
You can't.
Pixlr says on Reddit the rulers are coming. And the guides. That was a year ago.
I'll keep my Photoshop subscription active. And archive Pixlr.

I'm a big fan of tools like Canva and Crello because of the simplicity and speed to generate great looking results.
But you need the flexibility to get a slightly more complex result, that's where Pixlr comes in handy.
It's not as complex to use as something like Photoshop. But for projects like creating ads, youtube thumbnails, banners and postcards, it's awesome.
