Of course I prefer to pay once and be done that is why I love AppSumo.
I started off loving this. It had the emails needed to send to affiliates so you do not have to come up with all the things but just tweak what they have. I started to fall off when people had to sign in before they apply. I asked if that could be switched they stated "Unfortunately, there's no such option. Information about the affiliate partner is required to process the approval. For example, their email address is required to let them know whether they were approved."
I started to upload things to the partner portal and it did not work after the third item. I asked about it they checked into it and supposedly fixed it. When I started trying to upload again it happened again. Two weeks ago and I still have not heard back from them.

I think I will call it a day and move to something else.

I'll have to find another too, because this one has too many problems.

WP integration breaks easily, also cannot use different types of referral campaigns with the same website, and the documentation is VERY lacking. Plus support will mostly just not reply, and i am left with blocker level issues frequently.

At this point it is silently failing to count referral clicks, without any idea why.

So I dont know if my affiliates are not sharing, or if the app is just not working. So far it has just wasted my time and money. This is alpha software, with many basic things apparently not working.

I love this product. I manage dozens of brand ambassadors across different brands under my one company and with this product I’m able to onboard brand ambassadors and affiliates in under 2 minutes.

They each get their own dashboard to manage all of their referrals and their payouts. What’s also amazing is I can set it so they are auto paid out or I can manual approve. This has been a blessing. The UI is simple and I can go about my day. Referrals and affiliates on auto pilot!

I'm trying to implement this with Paddle. (First I had Fastspring, but after 10 emails with Partnero I gave up, cause nobody helped me to implement it on our website). With Stripe Payment Links, it seems working, but NOT with Paddle.

I integrated the codes and it tracks the clicks, but since Paddle Classic has no sign up form its not working and not tracking the sign ups or amount that was paid.

I now successfully redirect after successful payment for a subscription via paddle to our page that has an embedded Sign Up Form - But it's simply not working.

I'm waiting for help for over 12 days now, NO RESPONSE - No Help.

Otherwise the UI/UX is simply amazing and this could be our long term partner for affiliate software programs we sell!

I used this to replace a subscription from a competitor, and I am glad I purchased it, I will use it for my business. These limitations were already posted by another reviewer, but I need them too.

- Commissions can be set at the product/category level, but I cannot distinguish between percentage and fixed value in the same program.
- Commissions cannot be edited afterward; please fix this.
- The time of the transaction is missing in the lists, only the date is displayed. This is also the case when exporting. This is super important when determining which of multiple affiliates send a registrant.
- Transactions are always based on a customer data record.

With these changes, I would totally endorse the product and even join your affiliate program but these changes are required for my type of business. Right now, we are manually working around them but we are hopeful the company will listen to its subscribers.

I bought tier 2 and have my first affiliate program up and running in minutes. Setup using JS tracking works flawlessly. Affiliate portal can be fully white-labeled, you can even embed your own CSS. Great UX and UI and the documentation is detailed and easy to understand.

I have also had a good experience with the support team, they reply within about 2 days.

Nevertheless, I have the following wishes for future development:

- Commissions can be set at product / category level, but I cannot distinguish between percentage and fixed value in the same program. For example: Product A: 5%, Product B: 10$

- Commissions cannot be edited afterwards. Commissions can be automatically set to "Pending" for a certain period of time (e.g. 14 days). I would like to have the option of setting the commission manually from "Pending" to "OK" after 7 days, for example. Or generally I would like to be able to edit the amount of the commission afterwards. In both cases you have to delete the original transaction and create a new one manually.

- The time of the transaction is missing in the lists, only the date is displayed. This is also the case when exporting.

- Transactions are always based on a customer data record. In my case, I don't want to store any customer data, but this is mandatory, so I simply pass fantasy names in the transaction. Works but makes it difficult to find a transaction in the backend because I have to know my fantasy customer name. In addition, the displayed "Signup" data records are meaningless to me and my partners. It would be nice to be able to optionally record transactions without having to enter customer data. Technically, this could be solved, for example, by each partner having a "Default Customer" data record to which the transaction is then assigned if no customer data has been entered.

Hope the Partnero Team can at least implement the editing of transactions and display the transaction time in the listings.

I use Partnero in the travel industry - provisioning of travel products is not quite as simple as perhaps with physical or digital products. Customers can cancel (with or without costs) even shortly before departure or they can book flight or room upgrades afterwards by email. Therefore, the possibility of adjusting the commission is important here.

Overall a great deal, get in while you can!

There are only couple of products on Appsumo that you can use in your day-to-day work life right after you purchase them (at least for me). And Partnero is one of them. Well done. I am looking to the future developments.

As a fellow partner here on AppSumo, we have tried a few top-tier affiliate program options out there, and Partnero truly stands out as the best. It offers a multitude of features that are shockingly not available in other more expensive platforms, making it a lot more powerful than the rest.

One key feature that I love is being able to easily launch one program for multiple websites - this has simplified our workflow significantly with huge savings in time and costs.

I'm giving this review because the support is not good.

The response time is very long and they only offer support via email.

Woocommerce has been abandoned, the integration and coupon referrals that are made in Woocommerce do not work correctly.

I bought max Tier and honestly speaking these guys rock. Works perfectly. Integrated with Shopify, great. hopefully they won't close the shop very soon as a ton of tools that also landed on AppSumo because there is no FURTHER protection for Sumolings as it used to be!

We have launched our first affiliate program with this great and easy-to-use solution.

Absolutely great UX, beautiful UI. From the beginning, I came across difficulties understanding how it works overall, but support patiently answered all my questions with screenshots and documentation links.

I especially liked how it carefully explains all settings. I didn't come across almost any problem and connected Partnero to our product in the next hours.

I also like that our partners will see a beautiful product while working with us.

I got Partnero as I'm launching a new business and want to use affiliates to drive sales. I love the interface, it's very user friendly and I will be keeping the tool in hopes that the following improves.
I need to be able to email my affiliates from within the platform. If not, there needs to be some sort of integration with more email service providers. In fact, you should build a Pabbly connect automation and/or zapier zap so we can connect multiple ESP without having to integrate that would be excellent too. So that when affiliates sign up, they are added to an affiliate list and receive an automated welcome series.
Right now I'm manually copying and pasting my affiliates into a spreadsheet to eventually upload to my ESP. Communicating with them regularly is crucial for me and I don't want to have to jump through hoops to do it.

I know better can be done, so I'm trusting that this is on the roadmap. Looking forward to it
