Oviond has streamlined my workflow, saved me time, and elevated the level of service I can provide to my clients. I highly recommend Oviond to any agency looking to enhance their data management and reporting capabilities.

Really hard to beat this deal as a Marketing/Ad agency. This product is Stellar. Love the V2 improvements, and excited for what's to come. My clients LOVE that they can log in anytime, see their own branding, and check realtime dashboards without having to wait for me to send a report. Plus the reporting automation is exactly what I need.

Huge time saver, easy to connect to tons of different platforms and apps, and the reporting is extremely accurate.

5 Tacos easy!

This is a super nifty bit of kit, perfect for small business and agencies.
I have been looking for a good few months for something like this.

Google sheet were getting way too big and cumbersome, you can create charts but they kinda suck.
I tried adding everything to Airtable but it's super expensive to share with your team.
This is great because you can set it to refresh the data every day, AND you can automate daily, weekly or monthly reports to whoever is in your team.

Added bonus:
If works really well with Notion - and it wasn't even me that figured it out.
I shared a dashboard link with one of my clients, and he simply embedded it into -Notion. It is a live link to it will update every day, so we're getting up-to-date data every day with no need to download onto Google Sheets.
The embeds look nifty, and my founder was very very impressed with it.

TL/DR:
- Really great option for almost real-time data dashboard and impressing your clients.
- Works really well with Notion and looks ace.
- Set up automated reports, who doesn't love making their life easier?? :D
- Password protection options and also options to host reports on a custom subdomain if you want - nifty!!
- Help desk very responsive and helpful.

Some downsides:
- I'd like some more filter features in Active Campaign so I can see open and click rates for a particular list. But to be fair I think Oviond is limited by what data they receive from the GET requests.

Hi, I just bought the offer, because I saw it as an alternative of my daily report issues, I reviewed the integrations list and I ran to get this offer because there was my integrations.
But, can't used it at all.

- Facebook Integration are incomplete compared with other apps.
Missing and Incomplete function the availability to link Ads Account that owned by clients not the main facebook account. (Agencies use to get shared Ad Account from clients)

- Shopify incomplete integration
Only shopify sales information is available to use, when other apps let you pick customers, inventory, etc.

Please let me know if this can be fix soon, or is there something I'm doing wrong.

I've always struggled being consistent with client reporting, and it's cost me business before when clients don't realize all that my company is doing for them.

I just signed up and set myself up as a client to test everything out. Setup was super easy and the only thing currently. missing that I care about is Serpwatch, though I saw that on the roadmap so hopefully it'll come soon.

I see Oviond saving me time and making my company more efficient and valuable to my clients. This was pretty much a no-brainer for me.

Purchased this in hopes of switching from Agency Analytics. We're big with SEO and this lacks some of the quality features of Agency Analytics (keyword tracking and site audit).

We can do without the site audit, but Oviond requires a third party connection to track keywords. Those integrations will tack on another $100+/mo easily in fees.

Oviond can definitely be useful for some, but unfortunately not for us yet.

What's actually changed since last time? I'm not really seeing much. I'm shocked that you can't do any sort of custom calculations, for example.

Honestly, Oviond doesn't even feel valuable in its current state. I'm having a hard time understanding why I would drop Google Studio, which offers more connectors and is free, for something like Oviond where it's much more rigid and given how much time has elapsed from last deal to this deal, I can't say that there's a ton of value in it.

Sure, you can automate reports to send out, but that's not even a key feature for my use case where I have to actually present the reports; either way I'm downloading it and sending a recap. I can share a report link for Data Studio as well, so that's not an inherent perk or benefit. The map 'chart' is a bit of a joke to be honest; the only "working" view is the Country view, but region and city don't work, nor can you narrow the scope of the map like you can in Data Studio.

Once again, this feels like a classic case of "anything you can do, I can do better," except that the odds are tipped in Data Studio's favor and there you don't have a limit on clients and you have much more flexibility and granularity over the reporting and dashboards you build out.

Overall, Oviond feels stale and old and outdated. I don't have a lot of hope for its future.

It is a really good tool, customer service is responsive but every time I get a bug it seems they stop resolving problems when development is needed. Roadmap contains some ideas with more than 100 votes (e.g. Microsoft Bing Ads integration) that are "Planned" for many months without any real progress...

This app is fantastic! It has fully replaced Agency Analytics for us.

Though, I wish the CNAME was a full CNAME. It is only for shared links not for client login. The other changes I hope to see in the future are greater widget customization and being able to edit Custom Dashboard/Report templates and for it to update across all clients.

I used to create these types of reports manually. Well, tried to anyway--basically they were just copied and pasted screenshots from various systems--and had to be recreated every time--tons of work!
Oviond has saved me so much time by being able to automate this process and provide attractive reports automatically sent to key stakeholders for review.
It is very easy to use. It is very easy to add accounts to. I can't really think of anything that it's lacking. It is basically so powerful that I'm not even using it to it's full potential currently--when I have more time I will delve into more. From what I've seen so far it has the best of both worlds...the ability to set some simple stuff up quickly, and also the power to do a lot more when you need it.
I am so glad this is being offered again, this enabled me to expand on what I use it for and I'm looking forward to setting up some dashboards and many additional reports.

OMG!! It makes years I buy deals on appsumo. Some were really good. Others were really bad. This one is the best!!!

Its so amazing, that I can see the stats from all my different plattform in ONE PLACE! So that I can see how my facebook adds combined with my new youtube videos change the numbers of sales I make on my woocommerce etc.

And what I like even more, is how you can in a few minutes show your data in a 1000% better way than on any of my apps!! I never used the report tools of a lot of plattforms because they are so messy, difficult to use and not readable.

Here I can find all the data and show them in an amazing way, with all my key stats, in the form I need!! Actually it could replace a lot of other tools!

Really don't hesitate, I rarely write positive reviews (I post often bad reviews...), but this one is so amazing!!

Only minus, 2 of my integrations didn't worked for the moment, but I hope and think the support will solve that.

But anyway, the + are so big, that I didn't care about this problem
