The Listnr app stopped working for appsumo LTD. I have been very polite in emailing them several times over a 3 week period. They asked if my account was LTV and then stopped all communication with me.

Completely shady developer. He disabled the app from working with AppSumo customers.

I used the app 14 times total (barely used it) and then when I wanted to use it recently September 2024 the app was completely non-functional.

Do yourself a favor. Remember "Ananay" the developer, remember his profile, name and NEVER, I repeat NEVER support or buy from this dishonest developer ever again.

It looks like there isn’t much working there. It was fine for two years, but now it seems like the developer has abandoned ship.

I liked Listr in the past. I really did, I recommended them to others.
Then one day, they created Ultra voices which were not apart of AGENCY UPDATES that they promised with the purchase of the product.

Well needless to say I contacted Support and after a few hostile back and forth's they told me they would not respond to me anymore, that LTD users lost the company money and then proceeded to call me a brokie, loser and peasant.

Honestly, Stay away from this company as far as you can.
Rude, and ELevenLabs is way better, only downside is you need to pay monthly. But the major upside is you don't have to deal with Listnr again.

I tried this out as a replacement for Speechki, and the results are awesome.

I have used Listnr a lot for all my blog video and course voices. Every time I have needed support it has been very slow. The number of words per my Appsumo plan of 75,000 words per month rarely gets updated. In fact, it has not been updated for several months, despite multiple emails.

I have also had a problem with the new premium voices that chew up the words but then produce a 14 secon, non-sensical recording.

Despite multiple emails and being promised a reply within 48 hours by the CEO, after almost 2 months and several followups, I am still yet to get a reply.

I am always reluctant to be negative and I understand it is no longer available on Appsumo, but it is so unbelievably disappointing, I had to vent.

I was impressed with the voice quality, but had a bit of an issue getting the pronunciation/inflection correct for a certain word. I contacted support, and while I didn't get a response *immediately*, they did respond, and they did follow through, and they did give me a 'tweak' to the way the word was written that forced the correct outcome. So over all, I am happy with the product, the support, and happy to give it 5 tacos.

this is really an outstanding TTS quality! bought another one here but cancelled the other one in favour of Listnr. Its really just one in a kind!!

Listnr.fm was sold as as voiceover-studio for easily creating text-to-speech easily. Besides it could host podcasts. Now, the voiceover part is totally gone. If I could still get a refund, a would do this. I cannot recommend the product anymore.

I've tried multiple scripts and spent many hours trying to figure out the best settings. It's been almost a year since purchasing and I was hoping they would improve things, but unfortunately this has been useless for anything longer than 1 or 2 sentences. Even their neural voices which is supposedly the most natural sounding voices, sound like robot if you try to go a paragraph or two. I can not imagine doing a podcast or any long form script (which is what they claim they can do), and then there is not enough natural sounding voice types to choose from either. So pretty useless.

How do we get a refund ?
This was a total waster of time!

I was very impressed with the quality of the few clips that I tested.
I submitted a rather large file, about 30,000 words.
The system just hangs in a loop when processing it.
I can't even delete the file.
I've texted ceo, support, admin, at listnr.tech 3x over the last two weeks with no response.
Frustrated.
