This app has helped our businesses grow and stay organized regarding invoices and billing. The ability to use the same account and software across our multiple companies has helped us so much, and it costs so much less than all the other software platforms we have tried. The cost savings allowed us to give raises to our team 2x more over previous years, and we are not spending 1000s per year on our billing solution, which helped us get there.
I think the best I can say is that it may very well work as it states. I did not get that far. I am an educator and if my students had that many spelling errors, I would give them a D-. Everywhere!
The UiX is pleasant (very nice in the dark mode!). Just is not SLEEK enough looking style-wise for me. Also, my MAIN purpose was the accounting software. Too basic. I feel I can do just as well using other software like Better Sheets.
I feel like some others regarding the look of the invoices. I would not use them. I have other software that can provide these, so I did not care that it was not attractive.
I'm returning the software ASAP. I do wish the developers luck and really only wrote this to help. The UI looks half baked, the UX is OK, there are a few features that lack like a custom domain, and I have to say, the invoices are very ugly, probably the ugliest I saw.
The worst part is that they stick their massive logo in everything, which completely kills the appeal of this software.
They also don't seem to be very proactive about fixing known bugs
When I tried to pick a different date in the P&L Section date filter (I didn't try other filters, not sure if they are broken), the filter would just go away when I clicked on "apply" without actually changing the dates.
I tried to contact their support to fix this issue and they said that they know it is "a bit buggy" and gave me a half fix, meaning they know this bug exists, but they don't bother to fix it, not a very good sign.
Overall, this invoicing system is lacking in many things and doesn't look very promising either, I chose to request a refund right after I got their response about my bug report, there are better options on Appsumo.
I got this deal because of it's high number of positive reviews, and I quickly learned why this is the case.
One of the FIRST things you see inside the app is an offer to get 500 more customer profiles (essentially doubling the allowance) - for leaving a review. This means that 99% of the reviews in this product page are fake/hasn't used the software for more than 5 minutes.
While the software looks OK, there are two massive deal-breakers that makes me want to instantly refund it:
1. Whitelabelling is locked behind an additional monthly payment (which hasn't been released yet) so you're stuck with obnoxiously huge logos and branding from Invoice Crowd ON EVERY INVOICE and when the upgrade does release, you'll pay monthly - great lifetime deal! /sarcasm
2. There's no expense management, and although they say they will have it in the future I wouldn't hold my breath.
3. Templates are awful, there's only 6 of them, and they support very little editing of any kind. Yes, you can tweak the colours and fonts, but good luck editing fields or any structural part of the invoice.
I can't imagine what small business owner would send out invoices that look this bad, and have InvoiceCrowd branding on it (in huge letters!) - it would be embarrasing! I could understand if it you had branding on the free version, that's fair enough, but for paid customers to have this level of branding is insane.
I'm starting to think it's worth paying the big bucks for established players in this space like Quickbooks, Xero, etc. as all these copy companies are just half-baked.
Considering the other enterprise options out there and their costs. There is a ton of value within this application and the simplicity of using it. This will save you lots of time and create standard processes that are automated and allow you to focus on adding value to your customers in other ways. I highly recommend to consider this tool as part of your business tech stack.
Enjoyed using it and here is what is lacking:
1) Mobile app with OCR functions to capture receipts
2) Lack of integration to create cost centeres or assign expenses to a customer only. (this helps to calculate profitability)
3) I'm a graphic designer, there is no way to add additional images or fully customise the layout of the invoice?

Really liked that I bought this product. I wasnt even looking for one as fra as invoicing bc I gave up and would send all of my invoices manually bc every one I have tried was overly complicated and I thought I had to hire someone to just handle our accounts receivable. Then this showed up in my inbox. I checked it out and decided to grab it.
What a great purchase. I can get what I need done, set it up to keep it somewhat automated and get paid, not just on reg payments but subscriptions for our memberships too and see all the ongoing data at a click of a button instead of contacting the bookkeeper.

I came across Invoice Crowd a week ago; I've tried it and love it for its UI, and simplicity; yes it's the beginning and I hope to see a better and more functional platform for sure.

InvoiceCrowd is my favourite invoicing app. I like that I can send invoices in multiple currencies. I've tried many different invoicing apps, but InvoiceCrowd is the best. It has a clean interface, and it's easy to set up recurring invoices, which is my favourite feature. The support team is also helpful and continually updates the app. I like that I can send invoices in multiple currencies, which is handy for my international clients.
The app makes doing my business accounting a breeze. The reports are excellent & I love that they give me an at-a-glance picture of where I am financially. I would highly recommend this app to anyone who needs a good invoicing system. It has all the features you need and is easy to use!
