Build an exclusive space that nobody has
I love GoBrunch, the creative options but also just the regular 1-on-1 calls. I am happy I bought this software. I recommended it to a friend and she also bought it and loves it as well. The founder is also very kind and offered to give me a tour.
I never leave reviews - not ever. But this tech is too good for anyone to pass up some I'm leaving a review for it. I set it up in about 5 min. I was able to get a meeting a five 65+ year olds to use it and love it without one of them asking me where something was more than once, forgetting their mic was on/off or having any problems. It's a simple system but versatile, fun, and super user friendly. I use google meet and loath it. I love how this lets you feel like you're in a real meeting/conference room/class. It's super easy to navigate, all the items like share screen, youtube video, and reactions are integrated to easily share info and keep everyone engaged. Buy this even if you only hang out with friends or a book club. You'll kick yourself later for missing out on this one.
Love the simplicity, I was up and running with my fist test meeting in 5 minutes. No lengthy manual needed.
I love how GB is more than just a webinar/meeting platform. It's really down to my imagination with what I can do with this so plenty of scope to grow.
Great support and backed by a solid company (check out their Linkedin company page and then check Richard's profile out. You can always tell a lot more about the longevity of these deals by checking the fonder's background. Richard certainly has legs in the software space.
Use case example I never thought about before:
I attended a football coaching course here in the UK. There are 32 coaches.
We eventually got split into 3 groups.
There was talk about creating a WhatsApp group to share resources, coaching tips, chat with each other, etc.
Guess what I was thinking?
Yep, to create a small community (space) for each group.
It's just an idea, but GoBrunch makes it possible to think these things up.
Looking forward to growing with GoBrunch.
5 easy tacos.
I love GoBrunch and the work they are doing. The community is so helpful, and Richard is so involved and willing to listen to creators' feedback. GoBrunch is more than an alternative to Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc. It's a software that let you be as creative as possible with your virtual spaces. I bought the highest tier because I didn't want any limitations, and I don't regret it.
First off, platforms like Sessions, Zoom, and Vivo Meet are more "traditional" online meeting spaces. While they may look a bit boring, their functionality is miles ahead of GoBrunch, and I can't help but feel like I'm compromising by using GoBrunch.
All of these other apps offer simple, intuitive UIs and tools that anyone—from young to old—can easily understand and use 99% of the time without a problem.
GoBrunch, unfortunately, falls short of that "intuitive, easy, and smooth" experience I had, especially with Sessions. The UI on GoBrunch feels a bit clunky, and I constantly find myself having to teach and explain to my groups how to use the interface and navigate the "rooms." This isn't immersive or engaging for my audience—it’s frustrating, and it consistently eats up 5-10 minutes of my two-hour calls. As a solopreneur with no assistant, this is a persistent issue and reflects some deeper underlying problems with the platform.
Another concern is the limited and underdeveloped admin controls. For example, I conduct a lot of 1-on-1 meetings, but I can't lock some people out of a room while allowing others in. I either have to let everyone in or keep the room closed entirely. That’s extremely restrictive.
Another example: If I kick someone out of a room, the ban is permanent. So if a client joins early, and I remove them because I’m on another call and they can't hear me asking them to leave, the only option is to ban them permanently? That’s not going to work for me.
Even though Sessions failed as a business (most likely), I would highly recommend the GoBrunch developers take a good hard look at what made Sessions so great: its clean and easy-to-use interface, integrated features, and quality-of-life improvements that made it such a powerful app. I believe incorporating some of these aspects into GoBrunch would bridge the gap and create a far more compelling platform.
Here’s a list of features I’m really missing from Sessions and hope to see added to GoBrunch:
- Synchronized viewing styles across connected clients
- Clean chat font/interface
- Accessible and easy-to-use admin controls
- Built-in polls/Q&As
- Transcriptions with timestamps/formatting (even if it costs extra to make it financially sustainable)
- Better support for 1-on-1 meetings, e.g., bigger circles in the editor
- Memory storage for chat, polls, Q&A, and takeaways in a convenient, easy-to-access location
- Easy single-session, custom-linked meetings - the foundation is already there
- Significant integration support and a user-friendly, intuitive way to interact with these integrations so I don’t have to constantly ask, “What room view mode are you in?” or something similar.
While GoBrunch is interesting, and I understand what they’re trying to do, moving here from Sessions feels like a step backward—especially for my 1-on-1s and high-ticket group sessions.
I know development is challenging, and like I said, Sessions ultimately failed. But if GoBrunch could combine its strengths with Sessions’ best features, it could become the dream event app nobody saw coming.
As a solopreneur, efficiency and optimization are crucial for me. With that said, unless some significant changes are made, I don’t know if I can continue using GoBrunch. Sadly, I’ll likely be looking for alternatives.
Imagine your peeps having 24h access to "insider rooms" to chat and get more productive?
Imagine if you could fashion an idealic retreat for your events, incl. various spaces to meet, from spa to outdoor country sitting or large luxurious lobby?
What's really cool is that once your peeps know how to navigate this platform, they can pretty much get on-board any training session with way more ease and appeal!
Well worth signing up
Oh, and did I mention? Richard, the CEO, is there to answer your questions + you can so be inspired by what others are doing in terms of "their cafe", their look, etc... you surely won't get bored, nor your crew. Perfect!
“I build the world the way I like it” with GoBrunch. An extremely cool and innovative app. I can only recommend it and am currently building my virtual health center with it. 🦸♀️
You can build your own little world room by room with GoBrunch. I use it for my live webinars and for my 1:1 online consultations.✅
👉 An absolute dream program. Be sure to buy.... ❤️
When I first saw what GoBrunch offered, I knew it was the plataform for me. I took some time to buy it because I was researching for other platforms, but at the end, as I knew, Go Brunch would attend my needs in a better way. And that’s what’s happening! I am very satisfied with Go Brunch and the tools it has!
Dear GoBrunch Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well! I recently came across GoBrunch on AppSumo, and it appears to be the perfect fit for the online experience I'm looking to create.
For some context, I previously worked in UX engineering before I left tech to focus on music and meditation. Please bear with me—my feedback may come across as direct, but my intent is to provide honest insights into what the most discerning users might notice. That said, I’m also a very understanding user and am eager to collaborate with you to help make GoBrunch the best it can be!

Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I really appreciate all the hard work your team puts into making GoBrunch a great platform, and I look forward to seeing how it continues to evolve!
The platform is great to create online spaces where you can meet with others easily. Even on a mobile device it works great. I'm working on creating a virtual office with lots of offices and meeting rooms and I've also created a personal space for my family and friends. I just moved into a huge villa there ;) The options to make the space fit your brand or culture is expansive. And now with the latest beta release on creating a virtual background with AI, makes building rooms so much easier.
And I've met the founder various times on GoBrunch itself in meetings. He is passionate in helping all his users to build thriving communities. He is opening and is there for you. Which makes me trust GoBrunch so much more.
So I can definitely recommend this product.
I love the aesthetics of this platform. One draw-back, GoBrunch isn't completely user-friendly. There is a bit of a learning curve because navigation isn't intuitive. The biggest problem that we have experienced so far is audio echo. I reached out to customer service for help and was told that I could toggle the mics off and then on again if I could not find who was causing the echo. From how they explained it, if one person is causing the problem, it will affect everyone. Because this is a new tool for us, some of the group members want us to go to a more reliable platform but I really want this to work out. I like that it isn't the same old same old.
Social Audio and Social Gaming in a virtual environment, no Limits.
