Client collaboration platform made for professional services
I went on some negative review on Facebook LTD groups against FuseBase. I am so glad I still gave it a shot. FuseBase is fantastic. There are still things to improve, but the team is reactive, and it is really easy to create efficient workspaces for my classes. I have to underline that chrome extensions such as Fusebase clarity (which allows to do step by step guides) were a surprise and are actually just mind blowing. Clearly top 3 deals I ever bought on AppSumo.
Great product, great support, great documentation.
A lot of potential to upgrade the AI agents and I am sure the team is working on a lot of improvements.
I have used many tools before for managing projects, including Basecamp, Upbase, and Notion, and they all have their strengths. I stumbled on Fusebase via Appsumo and I thought I would give it a shot. Really enjoying it so far, and I'm hoping this will be my project and client tool for the future.
However, there are a few things that need to mature for this to be the ultimate tool for businesses. It needs an open API for better connection with 3rd party tools. The file system needs some love and also when you create a portal you are forced to use a template which imports lots of stuff you don't need. I would prefer if you could create a blank portal and add your own blocks from scratch.
Other than that, this is an amazing tool and I really hope this develops and can stay as my go to for projects moving forward.
Great work and I look forward to the future developments that will make this a go to.
I’ve been using FuseBase for a while now, and honestly, it’s become one of my favorite tools. It brings everything I need into one place — client portals, team collaboration, and document management — all in a clean, professional setup. I really like how customizable it is, and the AppSumo lifetime deal makes it an amazing value.
It took me a little time to set up, but once I did, it made my workflow so much smoother. Managing projects, sharing updates with clients, and keeping my team organized is now way easier. Definitely a tool I’d recommend to anyone running a business or managing multiple projects.
Ok, ok maybe just behind Notion but it's definitely among the top options. Excellent software whether you need a simple note-taking tool or something more robust. Fusebase is my preferred app for managing projects, and regardless of your needs you won't be let down. My only complaint is the absence of a mobile app. The older Nimbus app handles basic tasks, but a full featured mobile version would be amazing. Don't hesitate — get it now!
I have been debating about this product for some time now but with recent reviews and research decided to buy it.
Long time eernote and notion user so looking forward to enhanced capabilities.
There are many client portal platforms in the market, but very few manage to strike the right balance between functionality, security, flexibility, and cost. Many platforms are either too marketing-focused, lack meaningful design flexibility, fall short on security controls, or are simply overpriced. And in practice, building a portal that actually makes sense to clients—one that is intuitive, organized, and adaptable to different workflows—is often the hardest part.
Fusebase stands out because it addresses all of these challenges thoughtfully. Their platform combines strong security measures (SOC 2, MFA, and more) with a high degree of customization in structure and configuration. It’s clear that their roots in knowledge and content management influenced the product in the right ways—making it easier not just to store information, but to distribute and present it effectively to clients.
Another key differentiator is reliability. Fusebase has been around for years, which matters in a landscape where new SaaS platforms appear and disappear quickly. Their support has also been excellent—responsive within the same day, even during the high-demand period of their AppSumo campaign.
The development roadmap is active and meaningful, with updates that actually improve usability. I’ve suggested features that may not have been widely requested at the time, and the team not only considered them but incorporated several into their development plan—with some already released. The new AI agent and automation capabilities further elevate the platform, reducing manual workload and enabling smarter client delivery.
I’m genuinely looking forward to seeing where the team takes this next. Fusebase is shaping up to be a serious long-term solution in the client collaboration and knowledge-sharing space, and I wish the team continued growth and success. They’ve built something with real substance—and it shows.
FuseBase isn’t Notion... and that’s a good thing. It keeps the essentials that teams actually use and drops the extras most people don’t need.
It’s not Humata... but it brings practical AI assistants your team and clients will actually rely on.
It’s not a portal builder... yet it’s simple, no‑nonsense and remarkably flexible.
It’s hard to describe, maybe because it’s inventing a new category: a smoother way to work that keeps everyone in one place without constant app switching, lost context, or unnecessary stress.
As I said: Fewer handoffs, clearer client collaboration, and AI that gets things done (not just talks) ;))
I've been following the development from 2021 and it's been a treat. This time around I advise to buy the full stack for what it offers an all in one ultimate work hub. The mobile apps are needed though to make this complete
The only thing for which this deal would have been a five tacos for me is evernote imports.
i had used evernote around 10 years since beginning and have around 9000+ notes in it.
Providing seamless import from there to specific notebooks of nimbus is great tool in itself.
Plus 50GB space, plus automations, AI integrations, notion like notes. and many more things down the line as the app progresses.
one more thing, chrome extensions are also awesome. I have used nimbusnotes in the past, and it worked great.
good luck to the team for great success ahead. And thank you for providing the deal on Appsumo.
I have a lot of Codes and the features of Fusebase are great. I mostly still take it for notes, created my first automations - and love them.
Instead of only focusing on AI features I would like to see an optimization of performance and - most important - the editor. It would be great if it was possible to export to Markdown and be more compatible with it, since this is very popular and high demanded these days.
For example I often copy & paste Markdown content into the editor and have a lot to fix, and I run an automation which outputs Markdown and want to automatically create a page. Creating the page works flawlessly, but not without editing the output (code blocks for example, only to name one)
All in all: Still a great tool, don't want to miss it.
One Pinned tab on my browser is always Fusebase.
