Instant Content Creation & Repurpose Video with AI

I bought this software to get the subtitles from the video and also generate subtitles in other languages, it seemed to be good, if it worked, the problem is that it crashes all the time, and it takes 10x as long as it could to be able to generate the translations and download the translations for crashing whenever I try to use it.

One suggestion would be to separate the part that generates subtitles and translations from the part that appears video, which apparently must be what causes so much crashing,

If it works without crashing so much, I'll come back here and change my review, but for now, I feel like it's much easier to put the transcript in chatgpt because exemplary AI crashes all the time

I can upload videos from various sources to this application and receive a detailed transcript. I can then perform tasks similar to Hipclip or Descript, organize my social media posts, and interact with the content. This tool has proven to be very valuable for its price.

This is a great podcast soution set and it came exactly when I needed it. I tested Exemplary against another podcast solutions product that appeared on Appsumo and Exemplary proved to be superior in every way.

Five full tacos for Exemplary as their customer service team helped me through a tough situation where I could not receive the access code, and to make matters worse, my redemption period had expired which is a big NO-NO.

Well, I can't thank them enough. They were incredibly gracious in honoring my Tier 2 purchase and also resolved my user credential issue so I now have full access to their platform.

While I can't speak to the features at this time since I just gained access, it's still worthy of mention that you can expect fantastic customer service from the Exemplary AI team!

I use it daily for translating videos, it works really well, fast, and intuitively. One of the best purchases I've made on Appsumo.

I should have got Otter.ai. Unfortunately, I relied on the tool performing and it failed.
I tested the tool the night before a big meeting and even sent a query to the team to ask if the tool could meet my use case.

I went into the meeting and set up the tool. It recorded the content, but then once I stopped recording and after rendering for a while, the tool collapsed, the file is lost and I am in limbo.

Another participant may have recorded the meeting and if they have, I will load it up and see if it can transcribe.

Foolish of me I know. Rookie error to rely on an Appsumo purchase for a professional job.

I look forward to the time when all the bugs are ironed out.

I will hold on to this, in the hope that it improves.

In the meantime however, I am taking out an annual subscription to Otter before my next meeting.

Simple Housekeeping UI Frustrations - Ok, so I only had an hour to play around with this and so far, here are my issues/suggested fixes/concerns. BTW, we fully stacked this.

I'll start by saying I'm going to keep this for what it does. But I have to agree with a previous reviewer in that it's all over the place. The UI needs more polishing for one. And well....for two....here we go:

AI CLIPS - DIALOG BOXES ON THE SITE - Three things.

1 - I uploaded a 10-minute video and it ONLY gave me 2 clips. Add the ability to add more clips. We were definitely expecting a LOT more variety of clips here to choose from.
2 - Add a "Do Not Show Again" button for certain redundant popups.
3 - Let's say I click on AI Clips and post a YT link - the dialog box that pops up is WAY too large (so much so that I have to zoom out to see the top part (where it says Quick Create) and the bottom part (where is says "Continue with Video/Go Back").

QUICK CREATE ISSUE - After we key in our video details (Title, Language, etc), the dialog box won't close. The "X" button isn't working. Please fix this small housekeeping issue.

SHAREABLE LINK ISSUE - Does not include the generated subtitles for the video when you go to the landing page. Download Media does include them, but shareable does not.

TRANSCRIPTION - Two things.

1 - Speaker Changes - (sigh). I have two speakers in my video. When I go to change either speaker name, it reorders them and doesn't it ONLY changes the speaker name for the current selection. Meaning, I would have to manually change each "speaker" section accordingly. It doesn't/won't "automatically" change the speaker names in the rest of the transcript. I would have thought this would be an obvious capability right out of the box you guys. HUGE timewaster - I can't even BEGIN to tell you how frustrating this is.

2 - We desperately need a Find/Replace option so we can change ALL similar words that we're editing in one swoop.

SUBTITLES - We should have the ability to have the system save our favorite presets for subtitles. We need more than one saved preset also, that way we can have one for socials, one that's more professional-looking for LinkedIn, one for "fun" personal use, etc.

Tutorials (Concise) - This is all from me just playing around but a dedicated tutorials section is very much needed with this being so feature-rich.

I spent way too long recorrecting what the AI had transcribed. This honestly doesn't do any one thing very well. It doesn't transcribe text very accurately, and I believe their focus is too spread out.

Beta shorts creator is mediocre and doesn't work with video over 10 mins long. It times out and sometimes freezes my screen. Adding captions to the video is in beta as well, that doesn't seem to work and the caption style is limiting.

If everything worked, you wouldn't need very many apps. I wish this product the best, but it's simply not for me.

Ok, this software is amazing and I'm honestly surprised it doesn't have more 5 star reviews. Maybe it wasn't as good last year but it's thoroughly impressive now. The UI is clean, modern, and easy to navigate, the AI is really good at generating content and there are a lot of features I didn't even know I needed until now. Most people are probably using this on their own videos (which I will too), but the first thing I thought of was using it on other people's videos. It's a great SEO tool. For example, are you stuck on what sort of content to create or copy to write? Go grab one of the best performing videos in your industry related to whatever topic you need to write about, pop it in and check out the auto generated content. Specifically, the blog, Q&A, keywords, and tweets sections. There you go, copy written for you. The AI does a really good job of picking up what's important and interesting. At least it did on this vid. There are so many small details he put into this too. Like in the clips section, there is a "potential to go viral" score, a click to copy button next to content, private and public folders for organization, and a lot of customization options. You did a really great job with this and I'm excited to see it evolve. Thank you!

These guys REALLY DID think of it all. To be up front and honest, Initially I had refunded as the transcription was sub par. These guys have come FULL CIRCLE at this point. Today, I upgraded to tier 2 as it give me plenty of credits, and the transcription, stories, timelines etc. etc. etc. are nearly PERFECT now ( as good as ANY transcription service can be ). I was using another service, canceled just now, and have come back here. Thank God that I got back in before they leave AppSumo. These guys are going to CRUSH every transcription service out there, if they just continue to keep after it. Well done fellas! Well done..

I utilize this tool to summarize YouTube videos and training sessions. At times, the process can become somewhat cumbersome, especially with lengthy transcriptions. I would greatly appreciate enhancements to the interface's speed for a smoother experience. Additionally, the tool currently lacks an automatic speaker detection feature, which I hope will be introduced shortly, along with a comprehensive dictionary.

Despite theese drabacks, it deserves a 5 tacos. I use it every 2 days

1) The transcripts are 80% correct, but that leaves me a lot to FIX. Fixing text on site is REALLY hard because the text cursor jumps around. I tried to cut/paste into Word to fix it easier, but when I brought it back to the platform it wouldn't work 2) I really just want to turn off the text at bottom of the screen sometimes. But that option isn't available (YET--they say it may be coming). 3) When they send me emails with download links (or provide links on screen) to download the new clip, I always get a 404 error. I've notified them, but never got resolution 4) If the transcription isn't correct, then the translation won't be correct. I want to like this tool, but I don't think they're there yet. Too many glitches and issues to helpful to me. I've spent hours trying to make it work but I give up.
