All-in-one email analytics for gmail and Microsoft 365
I don't usually write review, but I'll make an exception here. I love it. I've had fancy ticketing systems but they were always too fiddley and had too many features I didn't use. With this I am able to get a quick and easy idea of who is taking up all my time. I knew a particular client was contacting me a lot and now I've the evidence; they emailed me 5 times every working day for the last year... time to find a better client! Getting this deal has paid me back already.

I was very excited to try this one.
But very quickly I stumbled upon the limitations of the tool. And the analytics are just there without much of an insights on what & how I can improvize.
Most of the key features are in their Enterprise plan which is not included.
Unfortunately it's a refund for me.
Great for larger email team inboxes, not so much value for single email accounts, except how long I tale to reply to emails.
