Your enterprise it glue
I got this to automate some tasks with LinkedIn. It was hard to use, and I couldn't get it to do what I wanted. Microsoft Power Automate, on the other hand, did work. So I'm giving it just 2 tacos, because basically I was unable to use it. It could be different if I had better coding skills, but I don't.
The tool seems fantastic on paper but it has a lot of bugs.
I tested it for 2 hours, nothing worked, I think I had all the possible and unimaginable bugs.
"Expired license", "Unable to save", "Workflow logic error"..
I think the tool is not bad and is well developed.
But it must have been years since they validated the process with a new user and a new installation.
So, it's an ordeal for new users, but regulars should find what they're looking for.
Other drawbacks:
- Otherwise their AI is mediocre. It's strange that they make it a marketing argument because it's clearly not mature.
- There is no support, no place to contact them Electroneek.
- Weak community: no Discord, Facebook, Slack which is common for RPA tools. Just a forum.
Pros:
- The tool has a lot of features, I haven't been able to use everything yet. It seems very powerful.
- It manages automation on Windows, but it didn't work for me. So don't expect to do miracles.
- The interface is in French.
1. It has been a month since the purchase, and after a month of testing, it is evident that this platform is very robust and highly reliable;
2. Compared to other RPA tools, this one has a complete learning community, making the learning curve not as steep;
3. There may be some discomfort with Windows platform restrictions, but preparing an additional machine to run RPA separately for this purpose saves time and costs far more economically than hiring employees;
4. In terms of price and the value it brings, I find it very cost-effective. I've seen many comments saying they need various additional components, which often appear on AppSumo. Once a deal is made, they are eager for you to sell everything from your company to them. This is clearly unfair to Electroneek. As for other additional addons, as long as they are worth the value, I am willing to pay a subscription fee every month. You mentioned the possibility of future LTDs with other functions, but before that, please consider adding addons. A subscription model would also work, allowing those who have already purchased to use the features to integrate into RPA processes. We can then convert to LTD when it's released.
**ElectroNeek: RPA Automation for the Real World – A Deep Dive and Recommendation**
ElectroNeek has been a hot topic on AppSumo, prompting many questions and comparisons. Let's clear the air: ElectroNeek isn't just another automation tool – it's a full-fledged, mature Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform.
**What Sets RPA Apart?**
RPA automates manual tasks, from simple data entry to complex workflows. It's like having a digital assistant that can mimic your clicks, keystrokes, and decision-making within Windows environments. This distinction is crucial, as it goes beyond cloud-based automation, bringing powerful capabilities to your desktop.
**Choosing the Right Tier for Your Needs**
ElectroNeek offers several tiers tailored to different users:
* **Tier 1: Learning RPA:** Perfect for individuals who want to explore the world of RPA and automate their personal tasks.
* **Tier 2: Expanding Automation:** Ideal for businesses looking to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
* **Tier 3: Full RPA Power:** Unleashes the full potential of RPA, allowing for complex automations and unattended robots on virtual machines.
* **Tier 4 & 5:** Additional features like more unattended bots (Tier 4) and API access (Tier 5) for advanced users.
I personally chose Tier 3, as it strikes a balance between functionality and cost-effectiveness for my needs.
**ElectroNeek vs. The Competition**
I've worked with various RPA tools, and ElectroNeek stands among industry giants like BluePrism, UiPath, and Automation Anywhere. While other browser tools might claim to offer RPA, they often fall into the category of "browser automation," lacking the depth and capabilities of true RPA.
ElectroNeek's workflow view makes it easier to design and manage complex automations, setting it apart from simpler tools like TaskMagic or Make.com. Importantly, ElectroNeek is a well-established player in the RPA field, offering a mature and reliable platform.
**Under the Hood: ElectroNeek's Capabilities**
ElectroNeek provides robots that can automate a wide range of tasks on your desktop. The Zapier integration (available in Tier 3) allows for seamless interaction with other cloud applications, expanding your automation possibilities. While the API offers similar flexibility, the Zapier integration is more user-friendly for those without coding experience.
Keep in mind that ElectroNeek focuses on desktop automation. If your primary goal is SaaS automation, tools like TaskMagic or ZeroWork might be a better fit. However, mastering ElectroNeek can serve as a solid foundation for understanding and working with other RPA platforms.
**Value Proposition: More Than Just Cost Savings**
ElectroNeek offers a mature, reliable RPA solution with a proven track record. It's a platform you can trust to be around and continue evolving. The inclusion of AI features adds another layer of value, although the technology is still not maturing.
**Room for Improvement: The Deal and Support**
While ElectroNeek offers a powerful platform, the handling of the AppSumo deal could be improved. Communication about what's included (and not included) could be clearer, and more responsive support would be appreciated.
Despite these shortcomings, ElectroNeek remains a valuable tool for anyone looking to embrace RPA and transform their workflows. It's a solid investment for both personal and professional use.
I hope this expanded review provides a comprehensive look at ElectroNeek and helps you make an informed decision!
5 Tacos
This product is incredibly intuitive and powerful, setting itself apart from other RPA solutions available on the market. It offers a comprehensive feature set that demonstrates the maturity and refinement of the technology e.g. Easily AI ,intellidoc .
I understand that most of my AppSumo pals will not likely buy this deal since it is not a complete set of products for full-loop automation.
I tried the ElectroNeek bot to automate a monthly report process, comparing it with TaskMagic. I could see the differences as follows:
ElectroNeek > TaskMagic
- ElectroNeek is more reliable with pickup element ability ; the bot seems to run faster. The error log is easier to handle compared to TaskMagic.
- It has a community forum that seems to be helpful for asking their employees questions.
TaskMagic > ElectroNeek
- TaskMagic has more complete solutions at the moment since it internally integrates with Active Pieces, so you could complete the automation workflow within TaskMagic. On the other hand, with ElectroNeek, you need to rely on Zapier, which is buggy when connecting with ElectroNeek, and the flow is not smooth and hard to check error. I think if ElectroNeek could add its IntegraBot add-on as it normally does on its regular paid plan, it would be more usable. Relying on Zapier + ElectroNeek is not an ideal solution.
- Taskmagic also include desktop automation with easier interface , but not reliable to use at the moment.
For now, I think using TaskMagic (with Active Pieces integration) covers more automation use cases than ElectroNeek without IntegraBot. With ElectroNeek, you need to rely on unstable Zapier integration. This deal could be improved if ElectroNeek included IntegraBot. Also , if they could include intellidoc (with some limit) it will be outstanding , and might be the most generous deal for Appsumo RPA app.
ElectroNeek is not your average LTD tool. In fact I am not sure how it made it in the back door of Appsumo. I don't mean that in a negative way at all. ElectroNeek has been been installed for the last 1.5 weeks and everyday I have been chipping away at it trying to learn it. With all of the help from the forum and help files I have become pretty decent at simple robotic designs. I have purchased a few RPA's here on Appsumo and this is the first one that I have been able to pick up the basics. I shared a full review and breakdown of ElectroNeek here https://youtu.be/oWkCNlB6WSY?si=9HK8R3E248YUsNtb
PROS
+ Enterprise tool for Pennies
+ Training documentation
+ Added api access
+ Direct Browser connection with out embedding cookies (very underrated feature)
+ Makes learning RPA's fun and not a chore.
CONS
- No IntegraBots
- No sample use cases for small businesses
- Only Windows
Every LTD'er should own at least a tier 2 just for the value alone of this Robot builder.
I have a few of the RPA's and this one is on another level. It is a very complete product and you can see the maturity of it. The docs are quite good and I feel this system will pay for itself with one client. Really well done piece of technology and I personally feel it is priced well for what you get. I purchased the tier 5 and will likely upgrade to the intellidocs add-on.
I’m not sure why there are no others, but these guys definitely deserve a review for several reasons.
First....what a beautiful interface! That's why I initially had to buy it. Electroneek has a very sleek, user-friendly design. Once inside, I found it consistent, logical, and much easier to learn than other RPA software that I’ve bought on Appsumo, thanks in large part to the extensive knowledge base and tutorials. The platform proves itself to be both intuitive and robust.
This is Enterprise Software so big companies will certainly benefit from Electroneek's automation capabilities, but Summolings don’t typically work for large enterprises. Individuals wanting to learn RPA or web scraping in an organized and consistent manner, or folks who want solid automations without constant bug tracking and tweaking will also find it valuable.
I started with Tier 1 just because I wanted to try it out. After spending two days with the platform, I upgraded to Tier 3 for the increased limits and access to Orchestrator. I would say a Tier 3 is the minimum you would want from the Electroneek deal although you can still do a lot with a Tier 1.
### Pros and Cons
### Pros
- Beautiful Interface!
- Simple compared to a lot of other RPA software.
- Excellent Knowledge Base and Tutorials.
- Very good and consistent at isolating web elements.
- A LOT of fun!
### Cons
- A little pricey but it's worth it in my opinion.
- There are a few features missing in this deal, but they aren't complete game-changers. We have been told the deal will be upgraded to include the Bot Library which should really help us accelerate our learning of the software.
- The biggest con is that support seems quite limited for Summolings and the “Community” really lacks a lot of engagement at this point. Luckily the tutorials are really quite good.
Electroneek is a good choice for Summolings aiming to learn RPA or web scraping, or who want a solid platform to run their automations. Also, there seems to be a push by Electroneek to acquire “Partners” who can learn the system and provide automation expertise to other companies and individuals. There might be some real opportunities here in the future and I, for one, will be keeping my eyes open on this.
The founders have a history of successful projects, and the software is very robust and mature. These factors should make Electroneek a reliable and versatile platform for anyone serious about automation.
In summary, Electroneek is a great-looking software that is easy and fun to use, with a straightforward process and consistent output. If you're looking for an RPA platform because you’re not happy with the others, Electroneek is a **definite buy in my opinion**.
