Dropppin reviews

I am extremely disappointed with Dropppin. It seems that the project has been abandoned, which now causes our own connected project to no longer function. We invested a lot of time and resources into integrating with Dropppin, only to now find out that support and development have been completely discontinued. It is incredibly frustrating that we now have to look for an alternative solution because Dropppin failed to fulfill its commitments. This situation could have been avoided if there had been clear communication about the status of the project. I cannot recommend Dropppin at all.

Lesson learned. Never depend on amateur projects.

It has been more than a week since they were contacted by email chat as well as their contact form, no response, the SMTP functionality is broken, product unusable for the moment

It's a great tool, I hope they continue to add more apps and integrations, it's very useful, intuitive and can really boost sales that are already in your product page. A no brainier on appsumo

This contrasts sharply with my experience with Feedspac on AppSumo, where my reports on serious security flaws were not appreciated as I had expected—they weren't ignored but definitely not valued appropriately. With Dropppin, it's different: Support is swift, responses are knowledgeable, and there's a genuine appreciation for customer feedback. I'm thoroughly satisfied with this solution and look forward to the promised improvements and new features. It's refreshing to use a solution that not only works but also makes you feel valued.
