This product is insane. Like seriously, it is absolutely bonkers in HOW AMAZING IT IS.

I'm going to cut to the chase. If you are a Recruiting Agency, a Recruiter, or just the HR guy in your business, you NEED this product. There are a LOT of HR/staffing SaaS products that come through AppSumo, but this one does everything so beautifully with its whitelabeling that I would say this is a market leader for anything under an Enterprise level solution.

This was JUST the solution that significantly improved the professionality of my staffing website. Dropboard creates a cohesive portal that lists jobs beautifully and easily, and allows client companies to log in and make posts/edits as they see fit. I can't express enough how much this product will change your hiring processes.

I work in recruitment (consulting, I don't recruit). It means I spend a lot of time reviewing applicants, but the way they are set to me is laborious. I get zip files with a CSV and a bunch of applications. I have wanted a way to use an ATS that wasn't extra time consuming.

Colin is an incredible founder. His youtube videos are thorough, transparent af and genuinely helpful. I have contacted him multiple times, via youtube comments, email and even on the AS question page here for his product. He's really invested in this, and he is so genuine.

I explained my pain point re uploading bulk candidates, and I am not suggesting he made the recent update for me, but I can tell you right now I will be using it!!

I know how much other products cost - 'jobadder', 'e-recruit' etc. Even at the monthly subscription rate, this is so much better in terms of cost to benefit ratio. Like erecruit and job-adder might send text message updates or whatever the heck to candidates, but honestly that's such a small thing in comparison to usability and convenience that they lack in being clunky products. The UI on dropboard is flawless. The learning curve was small. I haven't used it to its full potential yet, because I have been busy with work, but I actually can't wait to implement this for my business and encourage my clients to purchase it (I have the recruiter level tier, but he deserves the buy-in and I only plan to use the client features on smaller companies that likely can't afford it, but for the government agencies I work with - I will strongly be pushing for them to consider changing over to dropboard).

Anyway, this is a long one - if you've stuck with me this far and you deal with recruitment, Dropboard is a gamechanger.

As a small business consultancy, it has proven difficult to find and engage with the right kind of job seekers to join the company and drive our company's success.

Dropboard has exponentially improved my ability to advertise roles easily and, more importantly, not frustrate my potential employees with needless re-entry of their CV data. The job seeker reviews my job advertisement. If they like, then they simply click, upload, and submit, and I'm notified immediately, with their CV as a PDF that I can review and respond to immediately - 5 minutes for both our efforts. This streamlining of the process and deep consideration of the job-seeker's perspective works very well on both my side and theirs, which is extremely important.

So, whilst I recognize there's still some work to be done, I'm excited to see where the product journey goes, and Dropboard is as advertised and delivers on its promises.

Dropboard has exceeded my expectations. It is incredibly versatile and user-friendly, making the entire recruitment process a breeze. The interface is intuitive, allowing for effortless creation, posting, and management of job listings… a major time-saver.

I was particularly impressed with the customizable features. The screening questions, file uploads, and branding options provide a truly tailored experience. The AI-powered job description writer is a fantastic tool for crafting compelling descriptions in no time. The seamless integration with company websites is another major plus, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. Dropboard is an indispensable tool in my recruitment toolkit.

I've started working with DropBoard, and I can say it definitely does as it outlines, and is a great solution as it stands. The product has so much potential, and it's clear where they are headed with its development, so I wholeheartedly support the continued work they are doing, and can see this is quickly maturing into a remarkable tool that will truly stand-out for Sumolings.

Lots of great ideas in place, and as it's under active development, with great support so far, I can recommend this to anyone looking for a commercial solution for listings, or for any budding agency looking to offer solutions to their clients.

It has some work to be perfect, but they're well on their way!

After watching Colin's youtube videos, I felt, we need to support people like Colin. So went ahead and bought Tier 2. I sincerely believe he will surely take Dropboard to $1M recurring revenue. Wishing you All the Success Colin! You are an inspiration to many!

This is so powerful, I dont even want to disclose what we are planning with this. So.. psst.. dont tell anybody about this generous offer..

I have sent an email to you (from trial.dzulhelmy@gmail.com) regarding autofill Google Chrome extension how it works.

If it can be worked in dropboard using an external Google Chrome extenstion to achieve autofill features like hunter.co and simplify.jobs do using BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever and LinkedIn would be game changer for me.

1st - 100% agree with working_theory and the comments made!
2nd - the simplicity of this product is really good making it extremely effective. Having AI craft the Job Roles and Description is really good. We're a hotel ownership group so having the ability to embed each hotel's Job Board on each hotel's Landing Site is absolutely great. We will then direct people from our company website to each hotel's Job Board rather than listing all together.
3rd - I see there are some cool features coming soon. Filtering with proper organization is a must. One thing missing that I don't see coming is the ability to "Share the Job" via social media channels. Niceboard does a really good job with that feature.

In my limited testing (Tier 2), I've found Dropboard to be very easy to understand, configure, and embed on a website. What a cool product.

I also really dig the UI. There's something very clean, unique, and appealing about it (especially the design of the kanban board).

But my main goal of this review is to mention how great Colin is as a founder. Do this:
1. Watch how he interacts with sumo-lings on the deal page. Respectful, helpful, enthusiastic.
2. Then check out his YouTube channel where he discusses his journey making Dropboard. This is a thoughtful founder who really cares about building something useful and special for his customers.
3. Next, watch the items on the roadmap march through stages from Up next to Recently launched. When is the last time you saw an LTD roadmap that actually changed and evolved over days? Development is thoughtful, significant, and fast.

In summary, Colin (founder) is a rockstar. And Dropboard feels like a potential rocketship in this new space.
