Clean look and understandable user interface with video training on every screen to help you step through the set up and then use it. I had a hang up with uploading my logo (later it appeared), the onboarding videos did not work from Home Screen but the videos in the sections like leads and contacts were short and complete. The time of day and monetary symbols were incorrect for my region and I didn't find a setting to change them. I started a ticket for support from the Home Screen, which was easy to find.
Four tacos as I did not find a feature I was missing. I was happy to see user interfaces available for PayPal, Stripe and Quickbooks which most small business will use. I liked how the developers used examples in the drop downs during videos. These examples were user case specific and offered ideas on how to set up the organization. I am looking forward to using this new tool as it will meet my small business needs.

Love the software but only thing its lacking is i believe we cannot upload the customers in a xl or CSV file instead of all my sales guys has to add each and every contact manually in to the fields. If not it has great features, Hope this review helps.
