Pleasantly surprised.

I purchased this at the top tier. To be frank I needed the lead upload and dialing capabilities. I guess my use case (Twilio) was a little different than usual and it took awhile of back and forth to get everything as it needed to be. On two different occasions I had 3+ engineers on a video conference call and walking us through the setup. In addition there was programming required at their end. It goes without saying due to the man power commitment they made no profit on me. And they were not bothered by that at all. I have never seen a support team go so far out of their way to match my use case. I am just now getting to explore the rest of the system. It is stable - unlike the tool I bought this to replace. I used to say that any idiot could sell you a computer but what separates the men from the boys is what happens when things go wrong. These guys really stepped up. The confidence they have left me with has made this an integral part of my business.
I am not a patient person but I am glad I stuck this one out.

Thank You

Perfect Fit for Real Estate Use Case

I recently had the pleasure of testing Corefactors CRM through AppSumo, and I must say, it has met my expectations for my real estate business.

One of the standout features for me was the bulk uploading leads. As someone who deals with a large volume of leads regularly, this feature has will help in streamlining my workflow. Additionally, setting up my Twilio number was a little challenging, but support was there to help. We found the problem was on myside and not the CRM.

Of course, no software is without its hiccups, and I did encounter a few issues during the setup process. However, what truly impressed me was the responsiveness of the customer support team. Whether it was via Google Meet or email, they were there every step of the way to troubleshoot and provide solutions promptly.

While I'm still in the process of testing and fine-tuning the system to suit my specific needs, I am confident that Corefactors CRM is going to be the perfect solution for my real estate use case. Its robust features, combined with great customer support, make it a standout option in the CRM market.

Overall, I highly recommend Corefactors CRM to anyone in the real estate industry looking for a reliable and efficient solution to manage their leads and communications.

Pros:
Easy bulk uploading of leads
Seamless integration with Twilio
Responsive customer support

Cons:
Minor issues during setup, but promptly resolved by customer support

Great idea. Poor execution. Product not ready. Terrible Design. Zero customer support. Not a good deal.

I bought every single CRM Appsumo has rolled out on their marketplace. This one just doesn't make the cut. I should have known when signed up for a trial. eMail link doesn't work. Support doesn't answer for almost a week. I took the chance to get max tier. Interface design just complicated and plain sucks when comparing to other CRMs. Many menu options just doesn't do anything. The core system may work as they described, but the entire system need a cosmetic rework. I go over every single items and can't even find way to campaign emails outreach. Then there's bug everywhere. Beside the slow loading sometimes, I get "error loading tw1.us.corefactors.in" with a blank page all time. Email and chat to support went silent for days. I gave up for now. If they take this review seriously and step up to improve, then perhaps they have a chance. These guys looks just like the recent deal on Appsumo called SMSIT-CRM. That deal is just scamming people and Appsumo allowed it. They never got anything work. Always rushed things to grab cash, with nothing on the technical end to show for. CoreFactors should focus on the core, and that is to make sure your product works before selling it. For now, I stick to my favorite choice, Breakcold. Refunding the max tier I just bought.
