Clinked does the job really well. All the features are well thought of and the white-label feature is an absolute charm.

Clinked is awesome. The portal is really clean and very easy to use. It's definitely a steal and well worth the normal price. Going to use for my quick turnaround clients and for document sharing for huge files w/ sensitive info. Definitely worth the bucks!
I know the statement I made probably just alarmed some people but I can say in my opinion as Clinked has turned out to be a hidden gem. I think the way it is designed works well but the limits were a little low so I deployed it as a 1 on 1 coaching platform and it has worked wonders for me. I needed a place to house other LTD tools that I want my clients to have access to and this tool gives me that ability with their customized menus. I love all of the whitelabled options it gives me. Integrations are limited but after working in the tool I know why. They want to keep the tool secure so that is okay. Also this is a big boy tool not really an LTD tool per se. Support is the best and I think hands down the best feature is where you can have 1 on 1 chat with your clients at any time. You can sell this as a premium service or add on for some of your clients that would like to access you via the clinked phone app.
Also I want to mentioned that I have UpCoach and found it to be a little overwhelming for a 1 on 1 coaching platform. That particular tool works better as a group coaching tool. Do not sleep on Clinked, this tool as a 1 on 1 coaching tool. It was way better than I expected.
I’ve been using Clinked since the first time they were on Appsumo. When it comes to Client Portals it is definitely the best. As a virtual Data Room (or anything that requires a lot of security) it’s unbeatable. You can fully white label it and customer support is amazing.
I am new to Clinked so I’m trying to figure it all out. But so far, this has been a good buy and a value add to my business.
So far I am very impressed with Clinked. It is easy to set u up clients and brand them individually. My primary use is as a virtual document room but I can see a strong use case for project work either with in-house teams or freelancers. I really like the fact that I can set different levels of access for different files by using a combination of the file/directory permissions and subgroups. Clinked also has an audit trail so I can see who accessed what files and version control - all essential for secure document sharing.
The one thing I didn't like as much was the experience of guests. Instead of single use links (one email link = one file/directory share), I think it would be better if there was a page or mini portal portal that showed all files a guest has access to when they click the emailed link.
Another thing I would love to see id a LTD buy-up for some of the Premium features (watermark, more storage, etc). Maybe after the Appsumo deal?
This is a hands down great great portal option for my lawfirm.
I like the roadmap. Still learning the software, but for PM tool it’s great.
I've been trying different client portals and Clinked has been my favorite so far. I love that it has a dashboard option so me or my clients can easily see the important stuff right away.
The con for me is that clients are counted as members. But the portal works well so I plan on just deleting a client when the deal is done.
Solid product, I'm debating if I should get another code.

This is Clinked's strongest point by far.
Clinked has them all and more.
I have been actually using clinked since it's first deal, and there is no other portal I would trust with my client data ( and I have almost all the deals)
I have tried several other client portal tools on Appsumo and found Clinked to great for my use case. It was the only tool that allowed creation of subgroups that automatically inherit the content from the main group. This is great if you have several groups or teams that you want to keep separate but that do need the same content to start from, such as in corporate training, and change programs. I use it in procurement, where all vendors received the same information but are not able to see each others names, teams and proposals. The interface is fairly intuitive. More important: my clients actually use the portal.
