Looks like you guys are out of business. I recently open my account and try to create a new chat board for our website and I’m just not able to do anything over chat but that I had created. I am trying to add more information. It says it has read the information but then if you ask a question, it doesn’t show any of the information, if you’re out of business and not going to support, let us know immediately.

It's unbelievable how the Chatnode founders have undermined the people who invested in their company in good faith. They have intentionally limited previous lifetime deal purchasers by renaming and altering the plans to avoid their contractual obligations.

Thomas Agarate, you said, "We are 3 co-founders passionate about customer relations," yet you have let down all the early investors in your company by failing to honor your commitments. You know very well that you have not acted correctly toward us.

DO THE RIGHT THING AND FIX THIS.

in less then 1 year they relunched and removed critical functionality from LTD users - not recommended - since they are not honoring their promisses

The plan purchased on Appsumo has been changed to a "legacy plan."

For example, I cannot add members to the team. It requires an upgrade to a new pricing plan…

I'm just giving a quick feedback about this tool (Tiers2).

Chatnode is a very good product but I really regret buying it since the maximum size of uploadable PDF files has been reduced from 150mb to 20 mb max!!!

This file size is ridiculous for pdfs (and EPUBs are still not taken into account). As I have a lot of very large PDFs to process, even by optimizing their size, it's a workflow that is way too complicated to have to cut them all into small pieces to upload them. It's unusable and unproductive.

I don't understand why you divided this size limit by 7... :(
Sorry but I'm very disappointed.

I'll revise my comment if this limit changes again.

In the meantime, this limit is a nogo for using this tool because I just can't use its potential properly.

In my opinion it's a big mistake.

Do you think the pdf size limit will be 150 Mb again in the future ?

I thought about it for a long time and tested many ai tools. Working with ChatGPT is an exciting thing. With ChatNode, however, I can train and personalize a specific bot for all projects. So, I recently bit the bullet and invested in Chatnode AI, and boy, am I glad I did!

It's like chatting up a storm with a friend rather than banging keys at a bot.

This little genius throws back replies that are anything but robotic. You can almost forget you’re talking tech, not flesh and blood.

So, I decided to push its buttons swinging from hurling insults to showering love, just to see if I could trip it up. And guess what? It handled it like a champ every single time.

It’s the first time I haven’t ended up in a digital fight (I hated using chatbots until now), and that’s saying something.

Kudos to the folks behind the scenes; you’ve nailed it.

Getting it up and running on my client's healthcare recruiting website was a piece of cake, and watching it soak up 800K tokens to learn and turn into a healthcare recruiting wizard was something else.

Definitely sticking with this one, especially as the developers are ensuring it plays nice with GDPR - gotta keep those UK clients and their healthcare gigs in the clear.

Seriously, great job on this. You’ve made something that’s smart and easy to get along with.

Easy. Quick. Love it. Took me minutes to train it on my 200-page OH&S manual and provide it to my team.
But... I should have gone a higher tier! Just did the basic one and regretting it as my website needs more tokens than I've got.
Next time it comes back to AppSumo, if it ever does, buy it and buy it big!

I honestly just took a punt on this thinking it would be a straight refund.

How wrong was I. The first bot is still training on data scraped from the website. The scraping is amazing and the training is very good.

The answers so far have been excellent despite not being fully trained.

I haven’t tried the api or webhooks yet but am already very impressed. Tier 5 it is.
