Alright, I gotta chime in on this. This is a fantastic deal. Has built in CRM feature in the higher tiers and many other features that you won't find anywhere else. I had a meeting with the owner of the company last time it was on Appumo went through and created many different types of charged platforms that were needed within my company and my other companies. Just wonderful product all the way through. It changed the way that we process charges with clients and has many features that you won't find anywhere else. I would suggest a tier 3 and above level. You do not want to miss this one. Get with the company after looking at training videos. The donation feature is a must for non profits.

I'm pretty techy and can set up websites, automations, work with AI and more, and yet this I could not get set up and tied to my subscription products despite numerous attempts. Onboarding videos are non-existent. Really disappointed as I had high hopes and spent a significant amount of time trying to make it work.

weirdly hard to use - missing two key features

I'm representing a non-profit membership organization. Should be a good fit for ChargeKeep, no?
No, It does not do two things which are showstoppers
1. Memberships seemingly only oriented to online business. We need to send printed materials by mail 3 times a year to our members. The online form for payment DOES NOT collect Address1/address2/city/state/postcode. And there is no way to add custom fields to even do that simple thing???
2. For our brand new members we need a BOGO option -- Buy One 1 Year Membership, Get One year Free. There is no combination of buttons that will do this. We could sell a 2-year membership but then it would not renew every 1 year following the end of the first 2 years and so forth and so on
We'll be asking for a refund this week.

This is an expensive product to not allow more flexibility like allowing multiple stripe or paypal accounts on the same account. There is upsells right away for even more money to buy the ability to an 'agency' account to allow all the flexibility most of us would want. The price of this should be much less on AS which would make more sense with all the limitations and would make it easier to take the upsells in the platform to unlock all the features that make a platform like this justifiable. At this price it is easy enough to get into paypal and stripe to create buttons and automations to send email follow ups. We all have these gateways and automation platforms. I don't see the need for this product especially with the negligent support. You can see my questions that have been ignored while all the questions after have been addressed.

Highly recommend! and less I forget Mr Omar is a wonderful and passionate man with deep knowledge about this application.

Great to set up re-curring payment.
Very simple and direct payment, which allows product owners to focus on creating great and delivering products to let more people know.

Just hope it could let tier2 user to use white-label domain as well.

I Purchased the Tier 3 plan and I am thoroughly impressed with ChargeKeep's capabilities for handling one-time payments and recurring subscriptions. The simple checkout solution is incredibly user-friendly and has streamlined my payment processes significantly.

I am particularly interested in the Agency Elite features, which add even more value to this already comprehensive tool. One thing I am eagerly awaiting is the Razorpay integration. This integration is crucial for my business, and if it is implemented within the next 2 months, I am fully committed to keeping ChargeKeep as my go-to payment solution.

Currently, I am using Pabbly Subscription for my payment and subscription needs. However, ChargeKeep has shown immense potential and could very well replace my current solution provided the Razorpay integration is rolled out soon. Looking forward to exciting updates from the ChargeKeep team!

Quick domain connection, easy-to-understand instructions (especially the part about connecting to PayPal). I hope to add:
- Added changes theme to the cart on the CRM side (same as ChargeKeep form).
- Make a mini landing page for the CRM domain name, because usually customers will be curious to find the main domain name to see, but when they look at it, they will see errors, and new customers will have a feeling of distrust.
- The footer of the payment page still has the word ChargeKeep, so it should be hidden, replaced, or, if left, need to add an affiliate link (this will be more fair for both parties).

I purchased a few days ago after spending hours trying to setup Stripe with the options I had to have. This app has those options built in and I had my first product online in under 10 minutes. The second went even faster. I like that you can select from a basic payment link or embed on the website. My choice was using the pop-up feature on my main page.
Clients can pay with a card or bank account. It has coupon codes, free trials and one time add on fees. The layout is easy to use and the check-out page looks professional.

I've been looking for a solution like this for awhile. I'm giddy over the 0%. Though they need to do a lot to catch up to competitors, it's a pretty mature company and a lot of work has been put into this service. Hoping they keep innovating and technofying because I'm so happy with them I don't want to use any other service. They could definitely use some more integrations like Make and Active pieces.

Love the software and it helps me to upkeep and maintains all my transactions online.
