Get your documents signed fast!

I plan on using this for real estate.... so after testing it out I upgraded to Tier 4 BUT it there are 2 issues I found.
The first is the fonts are too faded and almost unreadable except the second choice (I think it is called MoonDance? ) I don't want to have to tell my clients every time to choose the 2nd font from the drop down menu..... and why are the fonts given such silly names? Looks unprofessional. These are often legal documents, make them more professional please and if you set the default to the most readable format.... that would be much appreciated. ✅

The second issue I found, and likely an easy fix is while using the "text box", the curser is set in the middle of the word and it makes it difficult to make changes. I hope they fix this soon.

Overall, though, easy and simple. The confirmation document (which is needed) is thorough !

Question to APPSUMO what happens if you need to use it more than 40 times a month?

BreezeDoc is just that....a breeze to work with. However, I wish there was a way to organize it a little better like create folders for certain clients before and after they sign the docs. Just a way of keeping track of things instead of having to download hard copies all the time after signatures are captured. Same with templates. Otherwise this is a great alternative to Docusign.

This tool is very easy to use. Make sure you have Tier 2 if you need 2 signers. The only 2 things I would like to see improved is (1) to see when the other party has viewed but not yet signed (2) the initials to be bigger on the page.

I recently tried using BreezeDoc for an important agreement I needed signed by four parties from different parts of the world. I wish I had tested it properly before sending it out, because I ran into a massive issue that’s left me embarrassed and frustrated.

Here’s the problem: each signer needs to both initial on multiple pages and provide a final signature. However, when you click to add initials and then proceed to sign, the software changes all the initials into the full signature. There’s no way to keep both the initials and signature separate, even though the platform has distinct fields for both. This is a glaring bug that should have been caught during development.

What baffles me is how this product could be released in such a broken state. How can so much time be spent building a tool that doesn’t even work as intended? Now, I’ve already sent this document out, and it’s a huge rookie mistake on my part to trust this software without testing it fully first. I’ve been trying to get these signatures for almost a year, and this setback feels like a slap in the face.

Yes, BreezeDoc might say it’s free, but in reality, it’s costing me something more—my credibility with these people. Not to mention, I actually upgraded my account, thinking I’d use it more often. Big mistake. It’s not free if it’s causing this much embarrassment. And AppSumo, come on, really? I’ve heard the success stories about the founder, but it’s hard to respect when products like this get pushed out.

I’m left scrambling to find a reputable company to handle this signing process, because BreezeDoc is clearly not going to work for me. I can’t recommend this software to anyone in its current state.

Very straightforward and easy to use. Giving it 4 tacos instead of 5 because it's not clear that you need the 2nd tier (not the lowest) in order to collect 2+ signatures on documents. To be clear, it's still an amazing deal -- thank you Breezedoc!

I tried to use this app twice and each time the signature boxes and date boxes did not appear on the document.

I love the pdf editor but the customer signature came back cut off and illegible due to non standard sig box sizing.

It only works for documents uploaded into BreezeDoc. I need to get signatures on an online form.

I love how simple and easy it is to navigate and start using BreezeDoc. I paid for the highest tier and have jumped into making some templates as well as sending documents out to my clients. While the system is simple and easy to setup, there's some simple functions and features that other e-sign tools provide that I feel like Breeze needs.

1. When you drop in a field, there's no way to help the client or other party understand the purpose of these fields. It would be helpful to have a tooltip or way to labeling the field so the 2nd party is knows what the field should be.
2. The text fields themselves go way past the boxes. Even if you give the text to be inside a certain size box, the font is larger, center justified and it goes past your original box.
3. The logo placement. You can add your logo to the account but it automatically superimposes the logo on your document which can make it look clunky because of the original format of your document.

Overall, it's not a bad alternative to docusign or pandadoc but it definitely feels like there's a lot of opportunities to clean things up a bit.

I've had a few contracts that I've tried this with where the signatures never show. As much as I appreciate a free app, I don't have the time to waste on apps that do not work and waste both mine and my clienta time.

The platform is perfect for what it's intended for and does exactly what I need it to do for a fraction of the overall cost using an alternative subscription. Only reason for 4/5 rating is deliverability issues for the document emails. Had clients tell me that it is being sent to their junk/other folder.
