I have been using a ton of similar tools and none of them ( I mean on LTD) were close to Beep. The dashboard is very easy to navigate, browser extension worked straight out, no issue, kanban boards good idea, a ton of options for your screenshot, you can have projects (ie. clients) and so on. I would love to see an option to leave the point on a video like Frame or Filestage etc. other than that 10 stars easily :)

You can't write a comment in a Beep popup and save it. Save does not work. There does not seem to be a way to change the hotkey to start Beep which is frustrating. When Google Doc or Sheets is open, CRTL+B (which is not the hotkey) activates Beep. I was not paying attention to the date my refund period over by 1 day. I would have refunded this purchase

I have been using beep last week and i like it very much. It is very useful to beep things to correct to my team. I also asked the developer the idea to beep in uploaded images instead of only in websites and they told me it is in the roadmap for the next few months so don't miss this program now.

Wow, so easy to use, and so useful! I was searching for a teamwork tool and this kicks butt. So easy to show my web designer exactly where I want things changed with so many features. Love it!!!

Absolutely loving Beep for its simplicity and functionality! After trying and refunding similar tools on AppSumo because they required client to install extensions or weren't intuitive, Beep stands out for its ease of use. It's user-friendly with a promising UI that's not overwhelming yet packed with features. Perfect for occasional SXO / UI guidelines and dev communications. Definitely worth 5 tacos.

How I intend to use the product:
Have clients leave "likes" and "dislikes" on competitor websites and/or other websites that interest them. This will help figure out their website goals when we begin planning the development of their own website.

THEN after we have begun development on their own website, use Beep to get feedback for both desktop and mobile versions!

I usually build on Wix but the native "Get Feedback" function that Wix has does NOT work well with coded sites and CANNOT be used on mobile. You can resize the screen on desktop to "resemble the mobile size" but it is definitely not the same thing.

I cannot wait to see how Beep evolves because this is clearly a winner in my business stack!

I tested the app and at the start, I was frustrated because of a few bugs that in my case were impacting a lot on my UX.
The developer reached out to me, worked immediately to listen to my feedback and bug report, and fixed them in a few days.
That's what I expect from a great company and startup so I'm glad to buy the app again and to me, it's a keeper with a bright future!

Beep is easy to use. I love that to leave feedback you just have to use Alt+C. It is very simple and fast. My team loves it. Projects and hashtags are also very useful to organize things. The founders were also very responsive in resolving some issues we had, great customer service.

I was looking for a feedback tool that allowed me to manage my clients' feedback in one platform, and also was easy to manage for them and for me at the same time. Not all my clients are tech-savvy, and it was important to consider it when choosing a tool for reviews. I have tested it with one of my clients and their website review, and so far the experience has been great. Easy to install, easy to comment, and even easier to track progress. At the same time, my clients know what I'm currently working on.

I'm missing some features that I think are in their roadmap and could improve the user experience, such as not requiring guests to register for commenting, or adding a "plus" symbol to add new comments or continue commenting after without the need to use shortcuts to not interrupt workflow. Anyways, so far it has been a great experience. I wish them all the success! Also, thank you for the amazing support, your email and Appsumo answers have been useful and on time.
