I decided to upgrade up to TIER 3 two years after my first BUIYNG. I hope there is a futur way to use it with a AI ;-)

The possibilities of this platform are impressive, even if you end up using it at 50% of its possibilities, the agreement will have been worth it. We have acquired Tier 3. for an agency and we are excited about the usefulness of this tool, since in addition to working as a promoter, it opens up new business options for us with our clients.

We really liked the possibility of suggesting improvements to the application and feeding off of our feedback as users, this says a lot about their intention to continue improving.

I also had the need to request some assistance at the beginning and I can see that the support service was fast and efficient in its responses.

Of course, we will give this tool 5 stars.

As points to improve (at the time of writing this review):

- Videos with examples of creating flows.
- Templates with "common" flows that serve as a starting point.
- Integration with email marketing tools such as Maichimp, Acumbamail, etc.
- Integration with Zapier-type automators.

I am aware that some of these points are suggested and added to their roadmap, so I am happy about that.

I like the customization of the widget, it gives you ton of features and makes it easy for people to connect with you through your website. The flow builder is a huge plus, I recommend this software 5/5 tacos.

I'm merely part way done setting this up, haven't even touched on flows, and felt compelled to write this review. I've spent much more money on inferior apps and cannot stress the value AnyChat offers. The functionality is robust and feature set well-thought.

I'm returning another Micky Mouse app I bought here for twice as much hoping it would do what this does. Read all the rest of the comments below--buyers of this app all feel the same way: it's a rare find.

The functionalities are huge and a lot.
The dashboard is easy to understand. Everything is quite intuitive.

Initially, I purchased two codes but activated only one to give the software a test run. Frankly, on the first day, I contemplated asking for a refund. Fortunately, Andrey promptly responded to my request for assistance and efficiently resolved the challenges I encountered—some of which weren't even caused by AnyChat. It was this responsive support that convinced me not only to retain the code I had but also to invest in a third code. Now, I've upgraded to the Unlimited Agency plan!

While the user interface could use some refinement and the documentation isn't quite comprehensive, I understand that every great product has to start somewhere. Waiting for perfection would likely mean missing out on the opportunity to access such a valuable tool at a lifetime deal. So, if you're open to a bit of risk and eager to support a product with potential, AnyChat is definitely worth a shot!

I saw this and decided to purchase all the tiers for agency use. I use chatbots for my clients and the best ones out there at the moment are pretty expensive.

I will say the documentation needs updating and buildng out a bit more, however, I believe this in the pipeline.
The software itself is solid with lots of functionality with an exciting roadmap ahead. I got stuck a few times setting things up but Andrew, the founder was a great help and put me on the right track.

All in all I'm very pleased with my purchase and am looking forward to the functions being released soon. IMO this deal shouldn't be missed. Snap it up people!

Young and robust tool, complete for those of us who want an all-in-one chat tool. It has a huge potential, with this I mean that it still cannot compete with other great tools already recognized, however it has fulfilled what it has proposed in its roadmap and almost always within the timeframe that has been proposed, I look forward to the completion of the automations in all channels. I know they will improve the customization of the appearance of the chat bot... I hope the team continues updating the platform to be the best in terms of price/quality.
