We are currently testing their service, and based on the results so far, it's been the most effective conversion booster we've implemented. We're using it exclusively for our eCommerce email list to recover abandoned carts. In the past, we've experimented with personalized GIFs and various tactics, but nothing has delivered results like this. The onboarding experience was also great—their team was exceptional, and it was clear we were dealing with top professionals. I'll be updating the review soon with more data.
