Automate workflows with no-code integrations
They have it all and are constantly improving and adding new apps. This is a MUST HAVE if you want to build automations to save you time so you can focus on more important tasks.

I'm very happy with Albato so far. It is sometimes quite hard to know how to make the automation work (in general). And every time they are very friendly and helpful. What I think is outstanding is that they don't just answer your question, but also look broader than that and answer the question behind your question. They really dive into the problem before giving an answer. If Albato comes back to appsumo I would definately recommend them. (one sidenote: do look at their intergrations, I get the impression that they work very hard to get more and more integrations, but I do miss one integration with a Dutch application (Moneybird) that some other platforms do have).
Have this product since @2yrs. The platform is yet under development and no body cares to your issues raised through the support. Disappointed!

It's easier to set up and relatively much cheaper with the Appsumo deal. Great product
It has great potential, but until you can use email id as the sender on automated forms this does not qualify for use on clients sites as it will set your email as the sender. Which on business sites is a no go for us.
Address that and it will get more "tacos" :)
Cheers,
Tom
im not able to make it work within 1 weeks after purchase.
just simple wordpress connect hook only
support limit
im not always reviews
i think it gems but now not
The automation for posting and replying on Twitter (X) and Facebook remains non-functional. Unfortunately, technical support has been slow to respond, often providing inadequate answers without offering real solutions. Despite months of effort, we have yet to achieve a successful resolution or operational automation (we got Tier 3).
The learning curve hasn’t been bad coming over from Zapier. I primarily work on simple integrations, so this review may not apply to those seeking advanced or complex workflows. Honestly, I’m pretty sure I’m only using about 10% of its capacity—lol.
That said, for anyone looking for straightforward integrations without worrying about cost, this product has truly delivered. I’ve been especially impressed with the customer service and support. Whenever I’ve felt like the sky was falling, they’ve stepped in to help and resolved my issues.
My uses to date includes, Google products, Blue.cc, Gumlet, AppSumo products, and non-Google email services. I hope this review helps anyone considering this tool!
I have been reluctant to write this review hoping that my experience of Albato so far was going to change but it appears not. I started using Albato a few months ago to automate some tasks between Wordpress, Stripe and Xero. Albato claim that they offer support for Xero API but my experience so far has been less than impressive. Connecting to the API following their instructions didn't work and took Albato tech support over a week to fix. I then attempted to automate the creation of a customer in Xero from Wordpress but it doesn't work and simply says error - with no clues to what has gone wrong leaving me no method to resolve it. Reaching out to support has been met with radio silence for over 3 weeks so far. Deeply disappointed. Seems like they have not actually tested the API after writing the code?!
I’ve been using Albato for a few months now and just upgraded to the T4, and it’s been a game-changer for automating my workflows. The recent UI updates have made it more intuitive, especially for setting up basic automations. With over 800 integrations available, it’s straightforward for beginners to get started without needing technical skills.
That said, if you want to create custom integrations using APIs or webhooks, you’ll need to understand the basics of how they work. For me, it was a bit of a learning curve, but once I got the hang of it, the flexibility Albato offers was worth the effort.
There’s some occasional latency, and a few apps don’t work seamlessly yet, but the support team is top-notch. They’re responsive, helpful, and constantly updating their roadmap based on user feedback.
Overall, Albato feels like a tool that’s always evolving. It’s not perfect, but it’s already powerful and reliable. If you’re looking for an alternative to other automation tools, this is definitely worth trying out. For me, it’s a strong 4.75/5.
15k Automations per month for 60 bucks as a lifetime deal sounded spicy so i took it. But its not really 15k per month. Every automation you create with API just burns 8640 Automation tokens every month just by existing, without ever sending any real data. Sounds crazy? Yeah, the pricing model kinda is. Promising/Charging for Automation attempts rather than actual automations is very unintuitive and a frustrating experience for the user.
So yeah, you can basically automate 1 Workflow for lifetime with 6360 Automations in 1 flow with 15k "Automations" in Tier 1. If you'd try to attempt to let a second workflow run, you'd be at 17k/month already just by having 2 triggers existing without actually doing something.
Yes i know that the customer success representative is gonna answer with an article how they published something to reduce credit consumption. Yeah, i saw that. It does not help that only 5% of the apps allow webhooks as triggers. And even those seem to not work on albato. I tried 10 minutes to create a slack webhook trigger and send the same message to discord. It did not catch the webhook. Just the normal credit usage gave me errors as well with no data exchanged. I tried 50 minutes to make a 2 step automation work. Didnt work with some error codes and the struggle and time to try to come up with a solution is honestly not worth it. I rather grab another tool even if it costs more so i dont have these headaches.
